The location is convenient and right next to the fields full of greenery and the lake. View from 3rd floor's room is pretty. Staff and the owner are friendly and attentive. Food they serve in-house is good as well, hats off to that young chef who cooks in the kitchen. He not only cooks but serves the breakfast himself at the rooftop restaurant. The veg khana set was delicious. They've got working AC in the room and as it is summer, it really helps in keeping it cooler.

Beautiful location far front the noise and with an amazing view of the lake and the farms, we enjoy to do Yoga in our balcony every morning listening to the falcons , watching the cows or the goats. Simple but tasty breakfast, while enjoying the view in the rooftop. Super near to the cable car and far enough from the lake side to have a pleasant sleep.

Very good location, the in-house breakfast was very good value for money and the rooftop is a great place to chill out. Also, the hotel offers tours, laundry and bus ticket at very competitive prices, but does not pressure if you want to do things on your own

Booked for 2 nights and stayed 3 weeks! Many other people seem to be doing this in the hotel, the location was perfect for me as its a little further away from the busy main lakeside. The rooms were clean and with great views; each morning you can see horses/cows walking around the grass very close to the hotel. The hotel has a terrace at the top were the restaurant is and i loved spending my mornings there. The staff were also lovely and available whenever you needed something.

The pictures of the room definitely looked nicer than the room itself, which had some minor damage to the walls. Typical of many places in India and Nepal, painting and maintenance is sometimes neglected. This is a minor complaint, however, and overall I was pleased with my room and stay.

I spent about five nights here after arriving from Kathmandu, and I feel it was a good value. The room was not huge but big enough, with nice A/C to keep things cool. I also liked the balcony, where I could sit and observe the surroundings. The manager was very helpful in providing a table so I could teach online English classes, and the booking also included a simple breakfast in the rooftop restaurant, which was nice.

The owner and staffs are very nice. The Yoga room is perfect for the people like me who needs to exercise everyday. The place is quiet and peaceful and relaxing. I give them a perfect 10 on 10. I feel like I've got another home here in Pokhara, Sedi village.

I booked Hotel August Inn for one night but ended up extending my stay because it exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of Pokhara, including the Annapurna range and Phewa Lake. The peaceful location provides a quiet retreat while still being close to main attractions. Rajkumar, the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. This hotel feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pokhara and will definitely return!
