Beautiful room, pool, restaurant and facilities. Quick and flexible arrangement including sightseeing tour and airport pickup. They found my stuff left in the room after check out, and brought it to the airport! I really appreciated it.

I loved everything.

People people n people. All staff members are super nice. Including manager Laxmi, bar guys Chetan and Krishna. Restaurant folks too. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request. Also to extended our checkout time for late flight departure. Very prompt service. Perfect location. Very nice. If I have to come back to Pokhra, this is the place to be.

My stay at Hotel Barahi in Pokhara was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. They were consistently friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely anticipated my needs. Construction on new rooms was loud and interfered with relaxing at pool. We had to switch rooms because construction on new rooms was happening overhead. Management gladly switched us to a quieter room.

Breakfast and restaurant dishes were excellent. Room was comfortable and had nice touches like cookies and candies. Staff was very professional. A great stay overall

Thank you for the amazing time here! Though I stayed for 1 night, I feel myself at home in this hotel. Thank you to Jeena who has been an excellent guest relation throughout my entire stay. spectacular mountain views from our balcony. Our room was adequate with a comfortable bed, Poolside food & drinks were delicious and the staff, especially Sirjana were friendly & professional. The hotel tour desk & our drivers Indra and Yam were helpful & knowledgeable.

Ambiance and hospitality. Mr. Ram made our stay memorable. It was my mom’s birthday on that day they decorated my room and complimentary fruit basket and cake was waiting for us.

It’s quite pricey for Nepal, but there are other less pricey places to stay; just not quite so nice!

It’s a high standard of hotel in a great location with fab breakfast. The baker working in the restaurant made my day by giving me a Bon voyage brownie just to be lovely. She was the lady who lived in Goa for many years. 🙏 thank you.

Not all the rooms are the same. I stayed in two different rooms. The first one had a bath and the second didn't but they were the same price.

The breakfast needs improvement both in variety and taste. The hotel lacked steam and sauna which some other lower priced hotels nearby also had. The lower staff like the bell staff and security staff need more training and they lacked the politeness which other staff showed. We had 9 rooms and the balcony door locks in most were not working meaning that anybody could enter the room from there as our rooms were on the ground floor.

The rooms were good but not luxurious. It was appropriate for the tariff. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and polite. The location was great and walking distance to the lake and the eateries. The overall vibe was good.

There is construction on site, hence at times noise and smell of burning chemicals.

Stuff is outstanding, they will do everything to make you feel at home. The breakfast is rich and healthy, spa, especially after a long week of hiking is all you can ask for. I’ll be back!!

The bathrooms in the deluxe rooms need updating. A walk in shower would be more practical than a bathtub.

The breakfast is very good. The service from all the staff is outstanding. The location is very good and very close to the main restaurant and shopping area around the lakeside. The deluxe rooms have balconies, but the newer super deluxe rooms and the suites are particularly nicely appointed.
