I would have expected for the price just some basic amenities. There was no water, no soap, no toilet paper.

The apartment was really nice, very cozy. It felt modern and clean.

The apartment is on the main road, it could be quite a bit noisy but it did not bother me. My room did not have a balcony, I believe there are rooms with Balcony. That was also not my issue.

The apartment is new, clean, and perfect! The bed was super comfortable, hot water, AC, and kitchen with necessary utensils. The apartment is as described and seen in pictures.

The apartment is fully consistent with the photos on the site. Very attentive and caring host: explained everything in detail and showed. The apartment has everything for life: an air-conditioned room, a large spacious kitchen with utensils, a slow cooker, a refrigerator, internet. Near the house there are many small shops, 300-400 meters away - a supermarket (next to the gas station). Great location, about a kilometer to the lake and the promenade, where there are many cafes. Great view from the window. There is a road under the window, it can be noisy, but it didn't bother us. Thanks to the owner for constant advice on the choice of scooter, guide, etc...

There is lot of scope for improvement. The washing machine as it was mentioned was not available, thought the owner gave us option to use his own which we were not comfortable. Scrub and liquid soap to clean the utensils were missing. So some basic items needs to be in place if the apartment is rented out.

The bed was super comfortable. It was clean with good linens. The room was neat and tidy.
