The place was a bit off the main path, but not too difficult to find. The only letdown was the on-site restaurant, it wasn’t taking any daytime orders, which was unexpected.

All the staff members were excellent; friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff was very helpful. My original order did not meet my need. The front desk staff helped me to find another room in few minutes. The room is very modern as if I am staying in a US hotel. The room was plenty of natural light and faces to the open area.

The place where the hotel located was a bit far from the main road area.

All the staffs were polite and cooperative. The hotel rooms were neat and clean. Room service was good.

Wifi connection. We stayed at the hotel for a week and most of the time there was a problem with the connection (required to change the IP address).

Everything was great - convenient location, nice and helpful staff, clean and beautiful room. If only WIFI could be available all the time... The room is really like the pictures.

Nothing!

We had such an amazing stay here! So much so that we extended our stay for an extra 3 nights! The location is great if you prefer to have a quiet nights sleep and is only 5 mins from the busy streets filled with great bars / restaurants. The staff were so friendly/ professional/ helpful. They really made our stay! Thank you! Highly recommended to anyone

Little recommendation: room 502 had so bad layout, everything was cramped together. If that would be fixed, it would be a nice room. Maybe some chairs on the balcony, not in the room as there is no space to move around. AC didn’t work properly as the remote was’nt working. We complained and got another room(502) which was more cramped with furniture. Shower is in the middle of bathroom so when you shower, expect it to be all wet.

We stayed there longer than initially planned due to some other reasons. We had double room with lake view (room 501 is better than 502) and the view is super nice! Worth the extra money! It is located on the quieter street and thatswhy you have less noise. Staff were very friendly and looked after us. They also kept our luggage when we went trekking and there is laundry next door which was cheap and good. Toiletries are provided in the room and room was clean.

Restaraunt was a bit disappointing. Food definitely was edible but even after mountain tracking it was not satisfying at all. There are a lot of nice restaraunts nearby and it's better to choose one of them.

It's a nice hotel, great value for money. Close to the lake and on a quiet street. Staff is hospitable and welcoming.
