The hotel had recently come under the ownership of a warm and welcoming individual whose professionalism and hospitality made our entire stay even more enjoyable.

Considering the price, the overall quality was impressive.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. My room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed – including fast Wi-Fi, a great view, etc. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. One of the standout features was the close location to the Phewa Lake and lakeside. It made my trip even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Pokhara. It’s a great value for the quality and service provided.

The new management is incredibly welcoming and professional, ensuring every guest feels at home. The facilities are top-notch, clean, modern, and well-maintained. From the comfortable rooms to the quality service, budget friendly prices everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hotel Elite Pokhara to anyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed.

I have taken already 5 different places to stay in this area and this is dedinitely the best one in regards to price, quality, location and management. The rooms are big, clean and coasy. Just try and you will feel the difference.

Good location outside the super busy area, but easy enough to get to the waterfront and enjoy the lake. The bed was comfortable and the shower mostly hot. We really enjoyed the breakfast on the roof terrace! The owner was quick to respond on WhatsApp and helped us plan our journeys from Pokhara

Only the owner has good English skills. The other staff members we interacted with did not understand our questions or requests.

Great for everything! I had a medical emergency and arrived 2 days early than expected! They opened the room for me at short notice at midnight and helped me enormously! They also helped with booking bus tickets, taxis, laundry , and everything was smooth and super friendly. Breakfast is included in the package and good kick start for the day. Quiet place yet very central lakeside. Great view from my room/balcony!

Great location , clean room,freshly cooked breakfast, accommodating staff. Good value for money.

We stayed for 5 nights, and in this time no one looked at our room. It would have been nice if someone had removed trash, cleaned bathroom, changed towels etc at least once during our stay. Or please provide a minimum of a squeegee mop for the wet shower room and dustpan and brush. The room was cold with no heating, the bathroom had no ventilation and stayed wet and damp.

Nice place, close to nice restaurants, i really loved how comfy the bed was, nice warm shower, good breakfast and the owner and his staff are heartwarming, really helpful and lovely.

Location was close to the main street & lake

Room had ants on side table & in bed, sheets & towels were stained, staff were unfriendly & unhelpful except for one guy that was almost never there, breakfast was eggs, toast & coffee/tea - not offered everyday even though it was included in my room price.

Great staff, good breakfast to start off your morning, most reasonably priced place to stay in pokhara

I will strongly recommend this place to everyone. Firstly because it is a nice hotel (with a nice breakfast), the location is nearby everything but not too much in the touristy crowd. But secondly, and most importantly. The staff, and especially the owner are helping you beyond what is expected from the hotel. The owner helped me plan my whole trekking and even brainstormed with me about better alternative trekkings. He was always helpful in solving situations which made my stay amazing.

His accommodation was on the main road, in a small street. The staff were nice and friendly. The taxi station is also there.. Breakfast was delicious!

They gave me their best room 404, especially appreciating rooms 404 and 405. Extended my stay for a third day due to affordability, checking out at 10 AM but left our bags for a trek from Australian Base Camp to Dhampus via Pothana, returning the next day at 5 PM. Impressed by the staff's honesty and helpfulness with our belongings. Grateful to Elite for a homely experience.
