We spontaneously decided to go to Pokhara. The manager didn’t only organize the bus tickets for us, he also allowed us to change our booking, so that we didn’t pay for the two nights we were in Pokhara. We could also leave are luggage at the hotel. Whatever you ask them the answer is: Sure, no problem! We also got a free room upgrade when we came back from Pokhara!! So kind!!

I had an amazing 4-night stay at Everest Boutique Hotel & Spa. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated in traditional Nepali style. All the staff, including the manager, were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They really made me feel at home and taken care of. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful sunset and a great view of the Kathmandu valley — a perfect place to relax in the evening. The hotel is in a peaceful location, just a short walk from Thamel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. I will definitely come back again!

Everything! It is located close in the Thamel area but away from the crowd and noise. A 10 min walk to the Dunbar square. There are many cafes and restaurants around. We slept very well on the super comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and generous. The laundry service was excellent and not expensive at all! I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Kathmandu.

Loved everything

The hotel is in a great location and only a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. It is brand new, very clean and comfortable. The hosts Meena and Dolakh are so friendly and welcoming. The rooftop terrace has fantastic views of Kathmandu and the mountains. Looking forward to my next stay here.

We are returning guests and each time it is great to be back. We also like to recommend it to our friends. The owners and the whole team are so nice and helpful in many ways. The hotel is still quite new and modern , very beautifully furnished in a traditional way , but very comfortable at the same time. Location is very good, not too far from Thamel and Swayambunath Stupa and many other attractions. It is situated in a very nice living area. Everything is super clean. Breakfast is excellent and you will find a great variety. You also can enjoy excellent Nepali, Indian and Tibetan dishes in the Restaurant and enjoy the wonderful view from the terrace. The owner is also pleased to check a fairly priced car for your adventures around KTM . He organized a car for our trip to the Maratika caves, everything super fine. He can also organize trekking tours for you, since he is in this business for a long time. This charming Hotel is absolutely recommended.

Outstanding hotel in an amazing location. I am regular visitor to KTM and now always choose to stay at Everest Boutique. The location on a quiet street a the edge of Thamel is perfect, 5 mins walk to the action but very quiet at night. The rooms are immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, with fabulous high pressure hot showers. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a real stand out with amazing views across the city and distant mountain views. The breakfast is always lovely with lots of choice and operates super efficiently. My favourite part of the hotel is the coffee shop in the hotel foyer where they serve Kathmandu’s best barista coffee. The hosts, Dolakh, Meena and son Diwa are beautiful people with fabulous customer service skills and operate the hotel with skill and grace. Highly recommended

The room is very large, clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the service I received over multiple stays in this hotel. They took extra care to look after luggage, ensure we always had what we needed and be generally welcoming and lovely. I loved the rooftop terrace and always enjoyed a coffee up there in the morning looking over Kathmandu. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everest Boutique Hotel is a small, very friendly and well-managed hotel in Kathmandu's Thamel district, from where all sorts of attractions and activities are easy to reach, partly on foot. The place is safe and quiet, with a nice rooftop terrace. Breakfast offers various choices and is good. The manager is very helpful. I appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and/or drop-off service (either or per stay). Wifi connections were flawless.
