We do have a bar in our property, and unfortunately, we don’t permit outside alcohol in the restaurant or bar area for the comfort and safety of all guests. Hello Lili, Greetings from Flock Hostel, We would like to address some points in response to your review. Throughout your stay, we encountered significant challenges in accommodating your needs. Your interactions with our staff were often confrontational and included accusations towards our housekeeping team multiple times. Despite these difficulties, we made every effort to meet your requirements and even facilitated an extension of your stay. However, due to ongoing conflicts, your aggressive behavior towards our staff, and disturbance to other guests, we regrettably had to ask you to leave our property prematurely.I sincerely hope that other properties won't have to endure the same difficulties we faced during your stay.
