My recent stay at Hotel Lake Shore was exceptional. The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjog Adhikari, manager of the hotel, nice and kind hearted man. My room was spotless and well-appointed, with a beautiful lake and mountain views. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I especially appreciated the convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!"

The power / electricity was a little bit temperamental which wasn't ideal for overnight. But I understand that it was monsoon season and storms will affect this

Staff were super friendly and everything was very efficient. They were so quick to help and sort anything that we needed. Also a great location for yoga / gyms close by. Only a short walk into the main bars / cafes.

I stayed at Hotel Lake Shore for 2 nights and honestly, it was a lovely experience. I booked a double room with a lake view, and the view alone made the stay worth it. The location is perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a nice variety — a great start to the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but a special shoutout to Sanjog, the Operations Manager. He was super professional and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. You can tell he really cares about guest experience.

The hotel is tucked in a peaceful neighborhood just 5-10 mins walk from the city centre. The room is spacious, clean, and comes with a nice view of the mountains and lake. Might even get a view of Annapura/Himalayan ranges when the sky's clear. Shout out to Sanjog, who is very attentive and helps me greatly with planning my days including sunrise trip in Sarangkot and sunset at iStupa. The staff are also very kind. I'd definitely like to stay here when I visit Pokhara next time. Highly recommended.

Cozy hotel right beside the quieter part of Lake Phewa. Had cute little balconies with views of the lake as well as the mountains. Very polite staff and the owner as well as his family very friendly too. Food is made to order and was delicious.

I do not recommend to take dinner at the Restaurant. You're far better off eating at the restaurants nearby

Excellent service, especially Operation Manager Sanjog was very helpful. The view from the terrace is great, you can see Lake Fewo and the snow covered mountains of the Himalaya

Water was a bit tepid but no worries during our stay as it was quite hot.

Spacious and comfortable room - definitely recommend the rooms with balconies as you can see the lake to your left and the Annapurna range to the right! It’s more quiet than further up the road in Lakeside, so we liked the area better. It still has a lot of restaurants and a mini mart nearby so very convenient. Sanjog, the manager, is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with and fast to reply! We were grateful to have his kindness and attention during our stay.

We had a great stay here. The hotel is very homely and charming, and the location is in my opinion one of the best locations at the lakeside in Pokhara. A bit away from the traffic of lakeside you are close to everything but can at the same time enjoy the peace and quiet combined with an amazing view of the lake. The staff were very friendly and Sanjog, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful and kind throughout the stay. Would definitly recommend staying here.

Staffs at hotel lake shore is reason that my stay and experience has been exceptional. The manager Sanjog is the man!!! From the booking till leaving, staff is always there to help you out, on food recommendations , tour booking recommendation (could use some comparison from street), and bus ticket booking. Location is closed to tourist bus park which helps lot if you are taking the bus. it’s a bit of walk to lakeside if you want to relax at some restaurants and drinks where locals go to for sunset and pictures. The only little thing(personal preference) I would recommend to change is probably the towels, and breakfast selection (still great!) can be updated or be more flexible on items.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, thanks to Sanajog, the Operations Manager. He worked tirelessly, always going the extra mile, and made the stay awesome. His friendly and outgoing nature created such a welcoming atmosphere.What stood out most was how quickly he responded to requests, always ensuring everything was taken care of immediately. The hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast was delicious. Sanajog also organized the bus journey from Pokhara to Kathmandu, which was convenient. He also dropped me off at the tourist bus stop. The staff here are equally helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect—just 5-10 minutes from the main area, within walking distance, but still away from the noise. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay!

The manager & staffs are amazing. Manager Sanjog arranges all activities along side being highly involved in everything u need in hotel. He provided free airport pick up. He upgraded our room with same price. Even he goes way out of his line to help guests. When we missed an activities bus he dropped us by himself. He is an amazing person. & the receptionist Rupa is extremely helpful. Will come back again.

I had a good experience here. Not only did i have a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. But also the staff were friendly and helpful. Sanjog the operation manager was friendly and went out of his way to help me out and give me useful advice. Rupa (i think her name is) the receptionist was smiley and helpful. And the rest of the staff were good too.
