United KingdomThe cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, which was disappointing.
The hotel is in a great location, which made it easy to get around and explore the area. Unfortunately, that was the main highlight of the stay. While the surroundings were convenient, the hotel itself didn’t leave much of a positive impression. The amenities and overall service felt underwhelming, with nothing particularly standing out beyond its location. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful, which I genuinely appreciated during the stay.

BangladeshThey don't have a minibar or a fridge in the room where they are mentioning online that they are a five star hotel. We booked 3 rooms for 7 person. Front office staff of the hotel was very unfriendly and uncooperative because we only asked for a 30-minute late check-out time and they didn't even allow it. Instead, someone warned us that we would have to pay for the late delay.

Every time I asked for sight tour or taxi options they passed it to travel desk manager who was never available!
Liked the location which was very much into the happening area of Pukhara. Swimming Pool, Breakfast were healthy.

Breakfast is not upto the mark, they are not even providing Whishky Glasses in the room, Icecubes and other things, they are blackmailing to the Guest in the name of room service, No Hotel Management are liable to take responsibilites, Swim Customes are very costly. Spa is very very bad, Suna was not in working condition.
