I asked for special request and they just done that things just to meet the formality. As it was special request, my expectations were high. bathroom was not as clean as other things in room.

The 7-10 am breakfast could have been ready at 7 am. Since it didn't we missed breakfast when taking a ride in a shared van to Muktinath.

The swimming pool was quite nice, room was tastefully designed and restrooms were clean.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, there was 24/7 hot water, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. Hands down one of the best in town — I’d definitely visit again.

The drain in bathroom is not working properly and very slow to drain. The housekeeper and others guests slammed the door and it’s very noisy and annoying even night time.

I would have loved if hotel staffs informed about pool closing n opening time and also breakfast timing during check-in process. Overall, it was still a great stay

Since we were travelling from Ktm, we arrived pretty early but the staffs kindly gave us early check-in. Cherry on top was rooftop pool which opened till 9pm,so swimming with citylights view was pretty amazing 🤗Breakfast was decent as well and location is just 3-4 minutes walk from Lakeside. The manager was also very accommodating. Overall, was a nice experience

Some noise from building work nearby but we've found this to be the same in several hotels. Issues with electricity but this.was a power cut in local area and nothing to do with the hotel who were always very apologetic

The property was kept neat and tidy, there was no remarks regarding cleanliness of the hotel. I was greeted well when i arrived, everything was taken care of and the check-in was smooth and easy. Talking about the staff they were very polite, sincere and they were very thorough with their own work, and for tourists we really appreciate when everything is hassle free. Lastly i would personally love to thank these beautiful ladies Darshita and Binisha, the receptionists who were always there to help me throughout my stay. Thank you.

The kitchen could be better. But it's ok.

After days in the mountains, this place was a perfect stopover. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the room provided just the right level of coziness for some much-needed rest. While the bathroom is simple, the shower’s excellent water pressure was a real treat and exactly what I needed to recover. The staff were attentive and always ready to help.

New hotel, comfortable rooms, smart TV's, good WiFi, great rooftop pool. Convenient location in a quiet street (17), close to Lakeside nightlife, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and everything you could possibly need. Overall, it was a great place to relax or recuperate for a few days at a very reasonable price! Last but not least, a very helpful manager and wonderful front office staff - Dakshina & Binisha!

No big negatives. They are a new hotel so they are still finding their feet. They don't have in-house spa facility currently so they will direct you to external company. Staff said they are planning to add it in the future. It would also be useful to have a small fridge and a safety deposit box in the room.

We loved our stay at Hotel Matina Suites & Spa. We booked Queen Suite with a great view of the mountains (especially in the morning when weather is clear). Room was modern and clean. The price we paid was really good value for money because we booked it really close to the date and made use of late escape deal. Hotel was very accomodating with our last minute date change and they gave us a free drop off ride to the airport after checkout. Hotel is fairly new but we can see it getting more and more popular soon.

This is a new property near the Lakeside Pokhara. I first time stayed at this property in Nepal. wonderful experience. The place is relatively new and we'll maintained. The staff is courteous and the complementary breakfast served in their restaurant had very good options. I would highly recommend this place for stay while visiting Pokhara.

First mention while we arrive no welcome drinks, hotel is good but facilities are not so much. Swimming was small but no heater. While checking out we mention the reception that we will do the breakfast at 6:30am, that time they told us ok but afterwards in the morning they manage to give us breakfast at 7:30am as set menu while the breakfast was to be buffet. Manager was good to us but careless. They have to me more professional to make the hotel more good.
