It was my first stay with this hotel and everything was flawless. Rooms were purely ambient where the hotel area was so much peaceful even it is attached to the most touristic hub Thamel. I loved the variety of breakfast and comfort at my room.

I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and wow it exceeded my expectations. I had a very memorable and fantastic exeperience at Hotel Moonlight. All the staff members were very hospitable and always ready to help. Special thanks to Nabin who communicated with me since the beginning and always ready to answer my queries. Thank you for doing the extra miles and making sure i only get a unique and the best experience in Nepal. To those handsome and professional drivers Anil and Sobet, general manager Jiv and cheerful Umaa, receptionist and restaurant staff, all good security members and beautiful people. To be honest everybody was very nice to me. I highly recommend Hotel Moonlight in Kathmandu. My birthday was super because of you. Thank you everyone!

The amazing garden at this property and the view from rooftop always made my day while staying with them. The breakfast , bed and entire facilities were just flawless . The staffs were too attentive . Highly recommend hotel in Kathmandu .

Mattress was not so great and pillows not the best- I didn't have the best sleep here however hotel was lovely, I would still stay again. Breakfast- eggs cooked to order and a large range of options however I felt it could have a slight improvement. Staff are quite attentive which is a plus. When I ordered food off the menu for dinner it didn't match the description- queried and we were all confused. Not a big deal, 'no expectations' is my motto when travelling.

Room was spacious and clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Had a really great massage at their spa. Courtyard is divine and so cosy- I loved spending time there under the flags. Starting hotel for many tours. Provide drinking water on every level which is convenient and helpful.

This was a lovely hotel in the heart of Kathmandu with very professional staffs at service. Their food, room and the ambiance actually won my heart. I would come again and again for the breakfast during my next visit to Kathmandu. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality.

Its a pretty famous hotel around thamel area. Now that i know after staying one night.They have all the facilities thay claims.I had a nice time there. I got free breakfast & airport drop.As next morning i wanted to go pokhara so i asked to drop me at bus stop instead of airport.

Breakfast was pretty decent with quite a bit of variety catering for various segments of people. Some of the items could be avoided. Room was was big and beds were comfortable. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient too.

Nothing. I have visited this hotel a dozen of times and never get disappointed.

The rooms are really noce and complete. The bed was perfect. I loved the hot shower. The staff is teally friendly and interested. Having breakfast in the garden is a must do. And don't forget to visit the rooftop to watch the city walking up or the mountains when the sky is clear enough.

Really well equipped & spacious room and bathroom. The rooftop has lovely views and the garden terrace is perfect for a very delicious breakfast (the best I'd had in Nepal!) the location is perfect for exploring Kathmandu and the hotel offer a shuttle to the airport. The staff were very helpful also.

There is nothing to improve at all.if anything sometimes the language barrier was a bit troublesome.

My room was on the first floor above the kitchen/restaurant. The noise from people cleaning up in the kitchen continued until about 11.30pm and carried up the stairs - so it was very loud in my room. Also there were people talking very very loudly in the reception area pretty much all night and this again was very noisy in my room and stopped me sleeping - I can only assume that this was members of staff, but I can’t be sure.

Great location close to the action of Thamel but away from the busy road. Lovely garden and roof top terrace with great city views to relax in. Nice rooms. Free drinking water provided with a refill station available. Food very good. Very good massages available at the onsite spa. Professional luggage storage provided free of charge.

I usually stay at Hotel Moonlight, where the warm and friendly staff make every visit a pleasure. The front desk team is incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The restaurant is attentive and caters well to guests' preferences. I highly recommend Hotel Moonlight for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.
