About 30% of what was on the menu was not available. Supplies were very low. Also access to the property was difficult due to road construction and stairs. Went to Nagarkot for the view, but it was not available due to mist/smog. Smog is a big problem in and around Kathmandu.

The building was good but unfinished. The pool was great and really appreciated. The rooms were new and clean.

We stayed in hotel just for 15 muntues because room was very dirty and and no any air inside so much dirty smeel we decide to go from that hotel but they asked us full price so they took 100 euro from me please bring my money back

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room, beds, chairs and table were dirty. The normal hotel costing less than NPR 2000 maintains better hygiene than this resort. Staffs were also very rude. Landline was not working and mobile network won’t work properly in this resort, so need to go to receiption for any request. Never ever book this resort, you as a couple might end up fighting instead of enjoying the moment here.

Fittings in bathroom are sub-standerd. Plumbing workmanship wasn't supervised. In triple bedrooms, double bed one's are only Twin XL in size. Too tight for two people to sleep there. There should be at least a single sofa in every room.

Scenic landscape. Come during the rainy season because it is better than dry season. Design and layout is nice. Staffs are helpful and very welcoming. This hotel is a pretty new establishment. Yet to get it's final shape.

Market is far , it just you have to walk to reach it

Although it is a little deserted but it's worth visiting. You can clearly see the mountain ranges and lot of sun. And a complete silence around with whole Lot of amenities kids play area. Swimming pool, bar, restaurant, bonfire and big lawns

Bugs inside room, although the windows were closed shut bugs keep appearing especially at night so this needs to be addressed. n food menu needs upgrade.

Approach road

Wouldn't recommend anyone booking this property. The Approach Road is literally not there. You won't be able to reach the property if you are traveling in a small vehicle. It is cut off from the market and if you have to reach the market then you will have to take a detour and do hiking for 10-15 mins to reach the nearest shop/eating joint. The food prices (in the menu) are exorbitant, they even charge you for providing plates and cutlery. It started to rain and there was a power cut in the area, they did not bother to switch on the DG, couldn't sleep for the whole night as there wasn't any ventilation in the room, and couldn't even keep the windows open due to mosquitoes. The night staff was very rude and refused to help with the situation. In the morning I came to know about the DG and on asking the staff for switching it on he said there isn't enough diesel in it.

The view from the hotel was good. The breakfast provided was good. As the hotel was almost empty they were kind enough to give me a room with a view.
