Everything, but particularly the service. They were super helpful and organised everything for us, including really good safari tours and our bus back to Kathmandu. The food at the restaurant is also very good.

Nothing - it was a great stay

Room was clean and provided with all kind of facilities. The staff was kind and very helpful to choose and organize the activities. Location is very beautiful with good views, especially for sunrise and sunset.

Nothing, everything good

The room was quite big and very clean. What I definitely appreciated the most about this Hotel was Suraj, the owner. He helped me book a Canoe Tour and Jungle walking for a very good price. Mohan and Ramesh were very good guides in the National Park. Furthermore he helped me book a Jeep Safari and organized a Tuk Tuk driver for my way to the bus station. All in all he was very helpful as just genuinely a very nice human being

Free pickup and drop off service from the bus stop to the hotel. Food was good and easy to organise tours with the hotel.

Great place to stay in SAURAHA. The room was clean and spacious. Food is delicious. The safari organise by the hotel is excellent. I highly recommend to all the travellers to stay in this hotel. They do not offer elephant safari to anyone so I love it. Thank you for having me in your place

First time traveling in Nepal and I wasn’t even in the country and Suraj (the owner) helped me so much with everything in the best way possible! I arrived to the hotel feeling like I knew the family already all because of the help and comfort that they made me feel before I travel. After traveling it just got better! Never been traveling in a place that made me feel so much like I was home as the national park sauraha hotel. From the people, to the food, to the location and to the activities! They made me love Nepal at the first sight for having so much caring and professionalism at the same time! Amazing is the word that I find to describe how incredible it was! Thank you for making me love this country and for making me wanna come back as soon as I can! I couldn’t have chosen a better place to start my trip in the amazing Nepal 🤩

Everything in Chitwan was so easy thanks to their help. I only had one full day and one half day there, but I was able to do everything I wanted—at a great price too. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help with anything you need. They go out of their way to ensure your stay at the hotel and your safari tours are perfect. Without a doubt, I’ll stay at this hotel again if I return to Chitwan!

We had a great time at Hotel National Park. The facilities are simple but clean and have we everything we needed. The family that owns the hotel is really nice and helpful, and the organization of the safaris was also on point. We will be back if we return to Chitwan.

They also helped arrange jungle activities, which made the whole experience even better. You can trust them to book the jungle safari as they offer the highly skilled and experience guide If you are looking for a hotel that's does not support elephant rights and nature friendly this is the best option. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and warm Nepali hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sauraha!

It’s a nice place with lovely people and good food. But most of all the service is amazing! They picked me up from the bus, arranged all the safaris for me, booked the bus tickets and I could ask them anything! The atmosphere was so nice, definitely an amazing place to stay!

Nice vibe with Garden, balcony and good view. Restaurant and breakfast and kind employees. Everything will be organized for you if you want and the owner makes an effort for a pleasant stay. Can recommend!

WiFi was sometimes a bit slow or didn't quite reach the room. But enough to check Mails or text's.
