The noise. The streets of Thamel are very noisy all throughout the night. I don't think it matters which accommodation you book, unless you have a sound-proof room, you won't escape it. Nexus Inn is in a side street, but it was still noisy.

Location, beds very comfy, nice spacious apartment, hot shower, great host, who really took the time to chat with us and giving us great information about the area, etc.

What I didn't like was sometimes I would bump my head forgetting the doorway in between the kitchen and bedroom was s bit low and needed to bend a bit because of my height. Also due to the building not receiving much sun it was a bit cold but the host provided a heater. I only mentioned this because from my understanding the hotel in Nepal charge a different price for rooms with a heater and those without. This is solely for those travelling to Nepal, ask first . I am not sure if my room came with a heater or not but the host was nice enough to provide one. Other than this i would highly recommend it especially for the small price and an entire kitchen.

Pricing you can't go wrong here..excellent price for a lovely central location in Thamel and without the street noise. The facility has everything you need; fridge, stove, microwave, kettle. Additionally, you do not hear what's going on in the rooms nearby.It was quiet at night because it was on the third floor so I heard no street noise. The hosts were always willing to help in whatever way they could. The apartment was very close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and just about everything inside a quiet street.

Minor dislikes: Lightings in the rooms could have been better, There could be more comfortable chairs.

I had the pleasure of staying at Nexus Inn Aparthotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Location is in the heart of Thamel…everything is close. The apartment is fully equipped including a toaster and a microwave. It’s very spacious and there’s even a heater. Staffs are very attentive and helpful. Good experience overall.

If you bring earplugs, you can sleep just fine. It's not too loud, it's away from the main streets. But there is noise from the nearby bars of course.

every day cleaning was great, and management was so friendly, he did his best to ensure our satisfaction. so the apartment located between bars and if you need a quiet place you should consider somewhere outside Thamel, but we were coming back home and decided to stay middle of chaos :)

The place was centrally located, easy access to the party area of ktm. Value for money and the owner was really cool and friendly. If you're partying around thamel and want a cozy friendly place to crash in or wanna stay within the thamel area then nexus inn is the place.. thank you for such a warm hospitality..

Thamel is very noisy if you choose to stay in thamel, and this hotel is right at the middle of the city and next to cafe/bars. It can be noisy some but great for those who seek for convenience.

The host is very helpful and prompt in arrangement. Come with good hot shower, and is right at the middle of the thamel city. Its nearby many eatery , shopping street and cafe/bars.

The place was over all nice with full basic amenities and centrally located but it would have been more better if they had in-house breakfast service as well.

The owner was super nice to me, I was sick the day I arrived and he was very kind and helpful. He also helped me to get bus tickets, copying etc. Felt like at home. The room was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend this hotel!

The location is ideal, it is just at the center of Thamel, within the walking distance of all that the city has to offer. The apartment is really comfy with everything that you need for living: good size, clean, comfy bed, kitchenette with all the essentials, clean and hot water all day.
