There were a few minor issues, such as delays in reaching someone over the phone when I needed something. However, these were barely noticeable and didn’t affect my overall experience. I was happy and satisfied with my stay

I had a great experience staying here. The location is just as I imagined only a short walk from Fewa Lake, which made it even more enjoyable. The comfort and cleanliness met my expectations perfectly. The only minor issue was that the staff wasn't easily reachable over the phone, but it didn’t affect my overall experience much. Everything else was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay

The room smelled like very strong perfume - not air freshener, not incense, but women's perfume. As if the walls or the curtains were sprayed before we came in. The smell was so strong and lingering; every time we came back into the room from outside it would take a while to get used to it (it didn't go away during our 4 night stay, even having the windows open all the time and burning our own incense).

The hosts were very nice and hospitable. The room we had was spacious, with a balcony and small kitchen. They provided drinking water and let us use the washing machine which was very appreciated. The location is just a 15 in walk from the lake, more in the residential area with less hotels which was nice. Still lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

I loved everything!

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Pokhara, I highly recommend Nishan Apartments. A group of four of us stayed in various rooms at Nishan’s for five weeks, and they were all absolutely fantastic. The apartments are clean and comfortable, complete with fans, televisions, and cooking amenities if you want to cook. The Nishan family is delightful and extremely hospitable, and the lovely maid will kindly clean your rooms and bedding if you ask. I felt so at home at Nishan Apartments that it made our stay in Pokhara even more fantastic.

Very good location - short walk into Lakeside, with very good forest walk behind the apartment. Access to the roof which is being developed into a comfortable seating area.

If I had to find one thing, maybe kitchen could be slightly better equipped (cutlery, salt, sugar, cloths).

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, with a view on a forest (birds singing when you wake up in a morning were definitely a highlight!) After trekking we’ve used the washing machine a couple of times - thank you for that! Also we liked the staff, very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

Everything was great! Quiet Area, Comfy Bed, Fridge, Free Drinking Water, High-pressure hot Water 24/7, Nice privat Balcony, Stove with Kitchen Equipment. The Owner was very kind and helpful in every way. Payment possible with a Card with just 3% surcharge. Highly recommended!

The place is close to the lake side and walking distance to many restaurants and grocery shops where you can buy supplies for your stay. The host was very supportive and friendly. The rooms were spotless and well maintained. The place is situated near the jungle and gives a fantastic view from the rooftop. The kitchen was small but provides all the facilities to prepare your own meals if required.

Nishan and his family were very hospitable and friendly. Check-in was simple. The two rooms were perfect and met our needs for example a kitchenette. The location is close enough to walk in to Lakeside, yet set back in a quiet street. There is an attractive walk from the apartments. We felt very comfortable and would stay again. Thank you!

Nishan and his father are extremely kind people and they were always there to help us. The property is clean and the rooms are well-equipped. The location is also very good and we really enjoyed our stay at Nishan Apartments. There is also laundry service which is extremely helpful. On our last day we could stay the whole day in our room (after our checkout) since there was no overlap. I definitely recommend it and would gladly return. Thank you very much Nishan! :)

Maybe the cleanest place I have stayed in Nepal Studio are spacious and full of light thanks to the big windows Modern and clean bathroom Nice kitchen with all the ustensiles you need to cook Bed is super confortable, sheets are clean and good quality Staff is super nice and polite. Not intrusive, helpful every time you need them

Excellent hospitality by Nishan and his family. The rooms are extremely well kept and hygienic. The stay also is at a very prime location close to the lakeside. I would blindly recommend the stay to anyone visiting Pokhara and looking for warm hospitality and an exceptional experience.

The apartment is very nice and in a great location, especially for couples. It offers a beautiful mountain view. We are from Bangladesh but live in France, and we stayed here for one night. The neighbours opposite the view/balcony were always outside, so privacy was sometimes not given fully or you needed to close the curtains – but that is nothing really much in the hands of the host.

I stayed at Nishan's Apartments for 6 weeks and felt very welcomed and like home. My apartment had an amazing view of the mountains including Shiva and the World Peace Pagoda – which also made me stay often at home. I loved the big windows, which make the room very lightful and bright and also warm even if it is cold outside due to the sun shining in. There is a small balcony to sit outside, a kitchen with everything needed to make own food and spacious bed. Nishan and family are very welcoming and dedicated to make you feel comfortable, very good communication, and even flexible with check in (I took a night bus to Pokhara which arrived very early in the morning). Shops and a trail up to a hilltop are in walking distance.

I was satisfied with everything from start to finish. The host provided everything I needed for the kitchen. The room is spacious and cozy, large windows with a beautiful view, there is a balcony, a comfortable bed, a desk, a refrigerator, a wardrobe. The room is in excellent condition, everything is new, the bathroom is spacious and bright. The internet is stable (in the city itself there are power outages at almost the same hours for a short period of a few minutes, but this does not depend on the apartments). The host is a very friendly and pleasant person, he helped me with many questions, he responds very promptly in the messenger.
