I had originally booked a dormitory room, but to my surprise and delight, they upgraded me to a standard room at no extra cost. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — a perfect place to relax after a long day. The breakfast provided was standard but delicious, fresh, and satisfying — a great start to the day. I stayed here for 2 days. I made me to feel it is like my home. This hotel is located at the heart of the thamel. In the front they have there travel company named as pariwar holidays. The staff were very friendly. Everything was seems like well maintained and tibetian culturestic. The hotel also have a japanese resturant which foods were really awesome. I will come here again to stay here. Thank you mr. Ram and Subodh for making my experince good at nepal

This is the second time I stay here. They have everything you need, trips, bus, hikking, plane, trekking, helicopter, etc. It is very well located in the heart of Thamel but inside the hotel is very quiet and calm. The bed is wonderfull, first time in many months I definitely could rest. The room is silent and confortable also. The staff always very kind and helpfull and you find good coffee for free any time. They call me tô see if I'm good and if every thing is ok sometimes. Very nice people! Totally recommend.

Excelent location in Thamel very close tô many spots, restaurants, stores, atms and bars and still calm and silent. The staff is wonderfull, help you in everything. They also have a tourist agency at the side of hotel. My room was very confortable and for a very good price. Hot shower and AC. Recommend, is a very good place for staying at Kathamandu.
