This time I come to Nepal is just for my nephew. He finished his middle school education, so I took him to Nepal for a trip. We lived in this hotel for 3 nights and when we came to Kathmandu from Pokhara, we still lived in this hotel. Very good service, nice location, nice breakfast and every time I need help, they helped me to solve the problems. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Balcony pics shown seem to be old. There is no jacuzzi and curtains. Bathroom is very small and can be better.

Everything was good

Super comfy beds, very friendly staff, very central location on pokhara lakeside a few metres from main street, balcony with view on the lake from some rooms(mine has it) , nice buffet style breakfast with lots of food choices that change daily and very good coffee. Cappuccino is extra but they do it so well(even with latte art)and it's worth paying for it. Rooms are cleaned daily if one asks for it and bottles of water are always complimentary. They also give many free toiletries. Laundry service is very fast.

The hotel is extremely clean, very close to everything, the rooms are big, and the wifi is great. The service is truly excellent and the owner is genuinely kind and went above and beyond to help me with my flight issues for which I am grateful. I highly recommend this hotel in Pokhara!

Most hotels in Nepal (even if it's rated 4,5 stars) are slightly dated so it showed some sign of age, but over all no complaints.

I stayed here two times, before and after Mardi Himal trek. I ended up taking the night bus out of the blue as my flight got canceled, but the hotel was kind enough to provide me with a free ride at 5am and even upgraded me to a nicer suite! The air conditioning was super strong, breakfast was delicious, and everybody at the hotel was super nice. The 2nd time I stayed I was at one of the suites with the hot tub in the balcony. The balcony was HUGE, and I loved the hot tub so much, was the best way to relax after a 4 day trek. The view of the lake from the hot tub was breathtaking, and I was glad to soak up overlooking the main stretch of the city during Nepalese New Years. Highly recommended.

Hotel may not have good connectivity with travel agents to help choosing right packages at reasonable price.

Breakfast is extremely good and fair varieties. Food is healthy and tasty. We took lunch also which is really good. Staff are very courteous and hrlpful

Great location in Pokhara with lots of amenities close by. Great breakfast included. The room was super comfortable and clean, the hotel staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
