The breakfast was one of the worst I had in my Nepal trip .i was expecting buffet but they serve ala carte but even ala cart wasn’t tasty at all .the quantity and quality need improvement.

Short term electric cuts due to shortage in the city. Our family room 104 was a little bit noisy at night due to working machine outdoor (generator? AC?)

Central, higher position overlooking the lake and city from the roof. Big room, clean and new AC cooling well and budget friendly. Very helpful and friendly staff, they kept our luggage for 2 nights when we were on trekking, arranged breakfast packages as we left early in the morning.

The hotel exceeded my expectation. I requested a room with view and I got it. It was fantastic. I loved he view from my room. The location of the hotel is extra ordinary. Its few minutes walk to the Fewa lake and there are really good food places around. during my stay there was taxi strike going on and I couldn't get any transportation to the airport. The hotel was also struggling to find any transportation , so I requested them to get a scooty for me. Instead of doing that the owner of the hotel Dharmendra offered to drop me off at the airport on his own car in the morning. I was so surprised when they told me that. Special thanks to Dhanrmendra, so humble and such a nice person. They got a customer for life.

One of the only hotels with a pool. Personnel was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Location in the north part of Pokhara lakeside with many restaurants close to the lake in walking distance

Everything is fine. Just to remind that there’s a slope going up the hotel. But it’s doesn’t matter us anyway.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is truly peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the coffee was excellent too. All the staff members were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Showers were either very hot or cold, this could use some improvement. Also there was a noice coming from outside the room for some parts of the day (heater for whole hotel).

Staff was great! Ar the reception as well as the rooftop bar. The pool was amazing too.

Facilities are a bit rundown, the bed (matress) could use an update. Water pressure in the Shower is bad.

There is not a single thing to complain about.

The hotel is quitely located but still close to many shops, restaurants and just a minute walking distance from the lakeside. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful in any way possible. The room is quiet and we had a nice view into a green garden next door. Waking up to birds instead of traffic noise like in Kathmandu was a nice change for some days before heading back. It's been the perfect get a way and I would always choose Pokhara Boutique hotel again!!

We liked everything.

The staff and decor make one feel almost as if you are the only guests. The interesting layout is relaxed. One feels as if each corner is a bit different. The hotel architecture is befitting the Boutique description. The staff encouraged feedback and always interacted graciously. We felt at home.
