I did not like only one thing - kitchen. Kitchen was for everybody on the same floor. Kitchen was unclean, full of many additional items, table so small that it is difficult to prepare something. No refrigerator. If somebody is in kitchen you will not be able to enter. Very small room. Thats why I gave evaluation 8 for overall stay quality. Kitchen should be clean first of all. There should be refrigerator, good quality dishes and more space in a luxury penthouse like this.

Staff was very friendly. Owner also simple and cooperative. Rooms have heating. Bed was clean. Location is very good. Air in this region near lakeside was far more better then in town.

Strangely the Wi-Fi was patchy? Apart from that everything else was excellent.

We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment at POM's Penthouse which was perfect for our family. Facilities were good and the view(when the skies were clear) from the balcony/roof top of the Himalaya were excellent. Close to Lakeside and food shops etc.. Thank you to the staff for making our stay very pleasant.

I chose to stay in Studio as planned to cook for myself but there was very few utensils or cutlery, quite disappointed. Great to have 3 balconies but it was very uncomfortable to sleep as no air conditioning or ceiling fan in Studio.

The Studio was spacious and not too far from Lake and restaurants. Sangan on reception was an excellent help resolving small issues very quickly.

There’s a bit of a problem with the drains. Nothing too major but one of the bathrooms smelt a bit when we used it and the kitchen sink would leak a bit sometimes.

We had a great stay at Pom’s Penthouse - large, clean and airy rooms, really comfy beds and good location in the middle of Lakeside. Oh, and the view from the balcony was amazing!

The staff, location and facilities are amazing. The view is exceptional especially from the studio apartments and the rooftop. If anything was needed, the manager and the reception staff were more than eager to help. Main lakeside street is very short walk away so it's perfect for shopping and restaurant options. There is laundry and cleaning with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water. There is also filtered water jugs in the rooms as I have stayed a month and a half in a studio and the penthouse apartment which was perfect for bigger crowds.

Pom's Penthouse is a newly built apartment complex where four of us have stayed for ten days. The location is amazing, the staff are kind and helpful. If we were missing something, they made sure it is provided in a very short time. There is reception and security, very good internet and TV, furnished apartments and a splendid view of the mountains. As I am staying for two months in Pokhara, choosing a temporary flat that matches all my criteria was not that easy, but if you are looking for a flat where facilities are like in a hotel, I would totally recommend POM's penthouse.

A lit to say but start with lights , mostly were not working, Curtains were dirty, Sitting area is way to small with one worn out sofa, dirty dinning table, dirty kitchen draws, plyg over fridge was not working, Bathroom wall filthy, I will never go back to this property again.

Not much to say about this property. As a Regular Traveler I suggest this property should show pictures as it is not what I saw, very disjointed.

There wasn't anything that didn't fit my family or my standard, it was great here.

Pom Penthouse is very clean, nice and has a beautiful view of the Fewa Lake and the mountains, not only from the rooftop, but also from the balconies. The staff were so friendly and showed great hospitality. My kids especially had a great time, with everything being nearby, such as like Lake and delicious restaurants. Overall, this apartment is one of the best places I have ever stayed at.

Some nights, other residents would be very loud and inconsiderate till very late . I even tried talking to some of these people on my first night at the hotel but they continued to be very loud till 2am. The rooms don't have great sound insulation.

The location was great. My room was spacious and clean. Neha Gurung, Sital Chhetti and Tara Tamamg made my stay at this hotel beautiful! They were helpful and friendly and very reliable.

Furniture is not of great quality - the chair backrest was falling apart

Spacious, quiet accommodation, in the central part of Pokhara. Away from the main street, no noise, good quality sleep.
