住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：
- 政治敏感評論
- 宣傳內容
- 非法活動
- 個人或敏感資訊（例如電子郵件、電話號碼或信用卡資訊）
- 髒話、與性相關的內容、仇恨言論、歧視性言論、威脅或暴力相關內容

- 任何違反我們評語撰寫指南的內容。
為確保顧客能找到實用的評語，我們僅接受在退房後 3 個月內送出的評語，而且當評語在頁面上顯示超過 36 個月，或者住宿有所有權變更的情況時，我們就會停止顯示這些評語。
住宿方可以選擇回覆評語。
若同時有多則評語時，最新的評語會顯示在最上方，同時還會取決於其他一些因素（評語所用的語言，該評語是僅評分還是含有評論等）。若有需要，您可以將評語排序和／或篩選（按年份、評語分數等）。
我們有時也會顯示來自其他知名旅遊網站的外部評語分數。當有此情況時，我們會有清楚說明。
評語標準與準則
這些標準與準則目的是確保 Booking.com 網站上的內容是相關性高、適合全家觀看，沒有過於強烈極端的表達言論，我們也會避免敏感資訊和議題的評論。

用心撰寫獨立的旅客回覆評語的寶貴之處在於其原創性，您可以依據自己的經驗書寫。Booking.com 的住宿合作夥伴不能代表旅客發表評論，或提供獎勵換取好評。以不當手法惡意降低競爭同業評分之行為將不被接受。

真實住客評語酒店的地理位置很好，在泰米尔的区域中心，可以步行到达周围众多景点。店里的老板和员工们都很热情。床单很干净，床垫和枕头也很柔软。连续住了4天，对比周围的酒店后发现这里是泰米尔周边区域一个很好的住宿选择。

噪音嚴重，有時甚至沒熱水（完全沒水），停電時備用電源只有房間內的一盞小燈，所以停電時候沒有Wi-Fi 不能充電也不能吹電風扇，老闆會一直想從遊客身上薛錢，還會一直想逼你在booking 上留下好的評論

真實住客評語店员小伙非常热情，旅舍是干净的新的装修，酒店内的一切都是不错的，如果单从这些方面来看，它应该得到10分。
酒店的位置是不好的，如果碰上他们的节日，会在楼下烧一些非常难闻的物品，并且会烧一整天，很难入睡。

However we are so sorry about the burning during the festival. It is because this is the biggest festival of Kathmandu valley and local burn the big incense all around for praying which is just once a year. We apologize for this. Dear Guest Thank you so much for staying with us in Kathmandu. We are so sorry that your expectations are not fulfill in our property. We appreciate your time for this review. We always want to give the best for our guest. On your arrival we give you the room as per your booking and your booking is just for 1 night. Next day we have more booking for that room and we request you to move next room and you agree for that. We would have provide you the same room if you have the booking for that room for a longer time., We apologize that we shift you to another room. Your complaints are well noted about the electric fan plug and we make sure that upcoming guest will not face this problems. We are happy that you found our staff friendly and prices are affordable and location is good, We wish you a good time ahead and hope that we will choose your stay with us again.
