    Desayunar con las vistas a las montañas muy bonito. El personal muy amable

    Me enfermé del estomago por 2 dias luego de cenar ahí

    Me gustó mucho todo la ubicación, el personal la comida desayuno buenísimo las vistas fantásticas Himalaya te reciben con mucho cariño y están pendientes de ti constantemente. Cualquier cosa que necesites te la solucionan sobre la marcha.

    Me gustó todo me lo pasé muy bien. Me relaje y mostré King bicicleta la piscinas súper bonitas las vistas a las montañas del Himalaya a Annapurna en fin que no puedo decir nada que no me gustara porque me gustó todo.

    La vista

    Tuve un accidente debido a un peldaño no señalizado..se fracturo mi tobillo, a causa de esto perdi todos mis vuelos y tour por India. Y mas encima tuve que pagar la cuenta del hotel (app 700 usd).tuve que ir 3 veces a un centro medico y quedarme en nepal 2semanas mas de lo previsto ..el hotel accedio a 2 dias sin costo , pero mi accidente fue al 2 dia...esperaba que se responzabilizaran y al menos la estadia no tuviera costo para mi.(existe un video que muestra como fue el accidente en peldaño fuera de lugar , piso negro y resbaladizo) Posteriormente a raiz de esto tuve que pagar una bota removible de 215 dolares para poder empezar mi viaje de vuelta.. Este viaje tendre que hacerlo en varios tramos de lo contrario es peligroso .por riesgo de trombosis lo que significa mas gastos..los medicos aconsejaron volver en business pero no puedo costearlo ( 5000 uds) un tramo!! Espero poder comunicarme con atencion al cliente para formalizar mi reclamo teniendo en cuenta que soy un cliente de booking por muchos años y tengo nivel genius 3..que supongo algo cuenta ..espero de parte de atencion al cliente se comuniquen conmigo a la brevedad..quiero dejar en claro que el personal fue muy atento y me brindo ayuda..pero no compensa el stress y mis enormes gastos..el hotel como compañia y booking como su aliado .deben hacerse responsables y compensarme esto ..queda atenta a su respuesta..gracias

As a hospitality industry, it is our utmost priority to ensure the safety and well-being of our guest. We would like to emphasize that we have taken immediate action upon learning about your accident. Our team promptly provided you with full support, including complimentary accommodation for two nights, with all meals, and soft beverages in room dining. Furthermore, we arranged complimentary transportation to the hospital and during check out, accompanied by our senior lady staff to assist you during this challenging time, as well as ensuring your overall comfort during your stay and that you received the best healthcare possible. Even after your checkout, we went above and beyond to ensure your comfort by organizing your necessities in another property. We really do care about our guest’s well – being and want to make sure you had a pleasant experience throughout your stay, despite the unfortunate circumstances. It is disheartening to learn about your complaint and your request for additional compensation. We genuinely believe that we have gone above and beyond to address the situation and provide the necessary support. We have already provided you with extensive support and personalized assistance, going beyond what is typically expected. As such, we believe that our compensation offer is fair and in line with ethical practices. We sincerely hope that you appreciate the efforts we have made to accommodate you during this challenging time. We value your satisfaction and would like to assure you that we have done everything within our faculty to assist you. Once again, we understand the stress and inconvenience that you have encountered due to injury and would like to apologies as we are unable to honor this request and we hope that you are making a quick and full recovery.
