While the poolside cafe is great, the inside restaurants are either very vast and soulless or a bit dark and dreary.

Stayed on 7th floor. Room very modern, clean and all the amenities. Liked the pool and pool cafe. Breakfast very good and staff very helpful. Room service also excellent.

The name speaks for itself - beautiful rooms, great food, nice SPA servies, kind and caring staff. It is located in a nice area of Kathmandu - away from city noise yet close to Thamel - the main shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again~

But‏ there is an employee whocan ask for the morning period it was not easy and he can talk to us about every little thing I had two rooms breakfast or lunch he asked and asked us to order either lunch or dinner although he had nothing to do with it we had two rooms each room its system at the party he asked a lot and was not cooperative and we ask for free his style is rude and not uniform at all so I ask the management to alert him and have more than one uniform

The hotel staff is very friendly and I would like to thank the staff who were very friendly during our stay they were chosen when we came for breakfast and they helped us and prepared breakfast for us they are very nice and I would like to thank them their names are sunil and also the other respected one ram sharan they were very friendly I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I hope the hotel management will honor them because they are the face of the hotel

I enjoyed the gardens, the pool, and the quality of the service. The breakfast was exceptional, and the poolside and dinner service was also very good. I also appreciated the comfort of the room and the proximity to the Thamel district.

Renovations were going on which we didn't know about before. There are many weddings and events going on in the garden and pool area which sometimes makes it difficult to use the pool.

The suite was very comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that some renovations were going on along the corridor. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely. All in all a lovely stay in a historic hotel with lots of character. This was our second stay and they gave us the same room at our request.

It is not elderly friendly. Too many steps to climb from the restaurant. The rooms have no view at all. A small window that it has was not allowed to open it.it felt suffocating inside the room. Breakfast was poor for that quality of hotel because bacon, ham and sushi were not so warm/fresh. Boiled eggs were over boiled. But it had big variety of drinks.

I put my parents to stay here. The staff were super helpful, clean rooms and the beautiful gardens.Modern yet well kept Nepali tradition.
