Only a short stay but everything was great, happy and efficient staff on reception Datshin was lovely explaining about things to do. Even provided a take away breakfast due to leaving early for my bus on the last day.

The staff were polite people,always ready to help . I met the owner of the hotel both husband and wife , they are kind people as well, jokingly I asked her to offer me 3 days to stay freely in her hotel but she replied that she can allow me for one day. So this act of her showed her greatness as a proprietor. She is not greedy for money. Hats off to you all

the room is very clean and spacious. lovely hot shower. the view was stunning ( room 502) hotel was quiet and staff very attentive and helpful. breakfast ok too. all in all for price was excellent. The location is great as well. very close to both airport and bus park.

The service of the staff was outstanding. I wanted to do some tours around town and into the mountains and they set me up with literally everything and even helped me with changing my flight routes as was needed for a change in my itinerary. Besides the friendly staff, there is the possibility to see the Annapurna mountains from some bedrooms and the rooftop of the hotel. Wake up at 5.30 and when the skies are clear, your view will be amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Snow Peak. The room was very high quality for the price that we paid. The view from the room/balcony is a dream to wake up to. The bed is super comfy and the shower is great too. The hotel management are super friendly and trusting. We would have loved to stay for much longer than our travel plans allowed!

Absolutely nothing was wrong

Hi! It is my second stay in hotel while coming to Nepal! This is best hotel in area! Lication is perfect! 5mins walk to tourist bus station and 10mins to the lake side central! When weather is nice mountains can be seen from the room! Personel is just amazing! Helped with any sorts of troubles and requests!. Very humble and nice people! Definetely can reccomend staying there! Hope maybe one day I will come back and if I there is no other place for me to stay! Wish you all the best friends from hotel!

Rest of the stuff is just useless, totally. Slow as sloth, with not the best english. Breakfast supposed to be from 6:30AM. At 7:30 there was notning ready and we have been told to wait 20 minutes, twice. You do not get to choose what to eat, no matter what we ordered. American, continental, light, whatever else breakfast - you would get tasteless egg omelette and 2 toasts with butter and jam. We ordered 2 milk teas, 1 black coffee - we got 1 milk tea 2 black teas, twice. They tell you they would bring your breakfast to the room, and than they tell you its for charge - even though breakfast are included in hotel price. And when we told them we wanted to eat in dinning room, they told us to wait another 20 minutes, to get things ready - at 7:30AM - breakfast were suppposed to be ready at 6:30AM. Last but not least, no juice, no sausages - they should be included, pancakes too. Simply joke. Hot water? You can forget, unless you are taking a shower early morning. We left the hotel one day earlier, found a place for better price, lot closer to the city, with stuff that values paying customers. I do wonder from where all the good refference come from, as we have not experienced nothing of it. Bonus - rooms are infested with bed bugs or with fleas. We have spent several weeks in Nepal, this was worst experience.

Manager is nice guy, he really tries. Hotel has relatively good location, not far away from both center and lake - yet you can find cheaper hotel closer to the lake. Beds were confy, room is pretty big.

NO HOT SHOWER! we finished trekking and urgently need hot shower and that’s the only reason why I booked here. I thought picking the most expensive hotel in this area I’ll get a comfortable stay for the money we pay. But there isn’t any hot shower!!! Even after letting the hot water run for more than 30 minutes still just about 20c water and this is not called hot water! I had to quickly finish the shower in cold water and even caught cold because of this. There was only half tube of shampoo and half tube of body wash provided for 2 people’s room. My husband went downstairs to reception at night to ask for more shampoo and also asked why there isn’t any hot shower. The guy at reception said the temperature of shower we have is normal! In the morning we asked the reception lady again she said she fixed it. We tried after still no hot shower. She also said we should have complained to her last night ( and she wasn’t even there last night) because the complaint in the morning doesn’t count! So she refused to give any discount. We planned to stay one more night but due to the poor amenities and attitude we just moved to another guest house 200m away at half price we pay here and their hot shower is really hot and no need to wait. Strongly recommend New Annapurna guest house if you want better service at good value especially hot shower.
