It's a new hotel, and the rooms are really huge which is a big plus. The rooms were extremely clean and well -maintained, and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was also really good.

The air conditioner in our room made a lot of noise and the cooling was super slow. Sometimes it's fine because it can get quite cold, but overall it's an issue that can be avoided.

This hotel is situated in a peaceful area, yet it is conveniently near the lake and the restaurants. The service is friendly, the beds are cozy, and the rooms are spacious enough.

Breakfast is served in a somewhat unusual manner – tables are served one at a time, so if you come for breakfast, you might have to wait quite a while, even though the breakfast is the same for everyone, with no options to choose from. My breakfast was served with a hair in the plate, and when both the waiter and I noticed it, he simply removed the hair in front of me, said it was a kitchen mistake, and walked away. The bathroom is very small, so when showering, everything ends up wet.

Offered for us to be able to do laundry 150 rupees per kg. Much appreciated after trekking. The room has a TV that we enjoyed and a waterfall shower that was amazing.

In the bedroom, there were stains on the bedsheets and pillow cases. We had the air con unit on but it started spitting out ice so we turned it off. In the bathroom, the room is too small and everything gets wet (including the toilet paper), no space to leave dry clothes or towel. The draining was very poor, the bathroom was flooded above the door so had to wait until it drained slowly to open the door. The food: the sign at reception says breakfast until 9.30. The first morning we were awoken to the abrupt sound of the phone ringing at 8.45 to tell us our breakfast was ready. We went down and it was not ready. We wandered over to the buffet to get food but we were told to sit down they would bring us food. We didn't get to choose anything from a menu and were handed a plate of food (good luck if you're vegan - sausage and egg). The toast was warm bread and the potatoes were cold. Not what we were expecting from a hotel like this. The next morning they rang us at 8.40 for breakfast. The reason we booked this hotel was because the pool. But we ended up not using it due to lack of privacy and no lounge chairs. It would have been lovely post trek to lounge in the sun by the pool and read but it wasn't very appealing.... When we went to check out, I tried to pay with card and they flipped the information sign around (the one with breakfast until 9.30) to show me that there is a 4% charge on card payments. This would have been nice to know before checking out! Thankfully we had the cash.

The Breakfast every morning was wonderful, the staff were so friendly and kind, the location was lovelier than some of the more expensive hotels closer to the centre due to the fact that it was on a quiet road which meant we had a great night's sleep every night.

Amazing value for the money. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the lake, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. Breakfast was always delicious and fresh. Would recommend staying here amazing! Great place to stay on a budget.

Nothing.

Except for the staff, who were dedicated to their Owner, nothing was appreciable. Phone in Room not working for the first 2 Nights. After repeatedly complaining, 3rd Night it was put in order, as such Room Service was affected to a great extent. Breakfast was hopeless. Timing for breakfast from 7 to 9 was kept to keep the occupants away. Facilities shown were invisible. No sharing Kitchen, No induction available in family Room as depicted. On demand the Managers showed inability to provide, till we agreed to pay additionally. It was confirmed to provide a Suite but just a Double bed Room was provided.

Ambience and courteous Receptionists. Especially Reshma. Always pleasantly smiling, even while resolving an issue, raised during the stay.

Management and upcoming of the property by the owners was hopeless.Breakfast was tasteless. Very misers. No buffet. Served everything in one go. The quality of the food was miserable. Required to change the Cook immediately. To have some big heart to serve the guests little bit at least to their expectations. Any demand for a reasonable requirement was simply denied, with a cult reply NO. They have their own parameters for different issues. We booked a Suite but they provided a room. On insistence, and showing description of a Suite from Google they just said. No our Parameters for a Suite is just a double bed room, not combined separate rooms as mentioned in Google. Overall they just don't want to understand anything, even mentioned on the net.

The room were very spacious and clean and they have smart tv with netflix

You have to walk a bit to reach lake side like 15 mins and breakfast was average .

Very friendly staff, hotel rooms well equipped and new. Very comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious, good quality and fresh. 15 min walk to lakeside. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location, cleanliness, room size, staff behavior.

Toilet. Horrible!! I have never seen such small and stupid shaped toilet ever. I stayed in Room no 204. Would be guests must check the toilet before choosing the room.
