Great location

Our room was amazing: a modern bathroom with a powerful shower, a comfy bed, thoughtfully appointed, and very handsome decor. Easily the loveliest room on our travels in Nepal. The location is ideal, moments from Durbar Square and with super food and coffee options just outside. The owner and staff were all so helpful and friendly.

The rooms were really spacious, beautiful and well equipped. The cafe downstairs was a great place to hang out and eat and drink. The location was incredible, only 2 minutes walk from the square and many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Best of all was the incredible friendliness of all of the staff, particularly the manager. We felt like friends. Will definitely be back the next time I return to Kathmandu. Very highly recommended. Subha Casa is an amazing hotel. We checked in late but the staff was super nice in welcoming us. Saroj and his employees have taken care of us very well during our stay. The hotel is very very close from Patan Durbar Square, cafés, restaurants and souvenir shops. The cafe's food downstairs is very good too. The only downside was the noise when people were celebrating stuff downstairs. Good value for the price!

The kettle didn’t work The power plugs felt unsafe to use as it was outdated and had sparks if we plugged in anything No hot water at night, no water at one point at night

i got the keys and all and they responded to me properly, they were kind and hotel room was open even at night. overall the customer service was nice

I loved my room. It had a large balcony, comfy bed and was exceptionally clean. The food from the hotel was delicious. The staff are amazing they went above and beyond for me. I arrived and had left my mobile phone in the taxi but they drove to the airport to collect it for me. I had to leave at 6am and one of the staff Bishal came in especially to assist me and phoned for a taxi. Thankyou to all the staff for making my stay worry free and very special. I hope to return.

The location is excellent, everything is close to shops and museums. The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Lalitpur. If you want an active holiday, then this place is very suitable. The room is cozy, the staff is helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant is excellent, tasty and homemade.

Every thing was perfect

The room is well decorated and spacious. All necessary items are available in the kitchen. The location is very favorable just 5 mins walking distance from Patan Durbar Square. The owner is very friendly and kind. Its a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine, but the bathroom is small, if you’re super tall it may be an issue but I’m a tall female and it was fine. :)
