Wonderful place! Everything was very comfortable, clean, and convenient. I especially want to highlight the friendly and responsive host — always available and ready to help with any questions. The location is excellent: everything you need is nearby. I would gladly stay here again!

Most wellcoming and helpfull staff, rooms clean and nice. Great view from the rooftop. Favorite place to stay in the Swayambhu area!

The location is good, it's quiet, and very close to the main road. Rooms are clean and have a common kitchen, which is well managed.

Very nice and friendly staff, very spacious and comfortable room with a wonderful view of the stupa. Area is very safe and it is easy to get around. The rooftop terrace is a very nice bonus, I did some yoga there and really enjoyed it. Also, the access to the common kitchen is very practical.

It's in a close proximity to Swambhu temple. Rooms are spacious. Drinkng water is free, Less plastic bottles all over Nepali. It's a quiet location. You can use the kitchen. The price was good.

Cosy clean room with a nice view, good internet (we work remotely), clean and well equipped shared kitchen. Good coffee shop nearby and excellent pani puri just outside the homestay. The hosts are wonderful:)

Amazing place! Located near the ancient Swayambhu stupa which we really wanted to explore. Unlike many parts of Kathmandu here we enjoyed fresh air, no dust and a perfect view from the roof top! Rooms are clean and cosy and there is a kitchen with all necessary stuff for cooking and good quality filtered water. There is also a nice cafe just a few steps from the guest which is perfect for breakfast if you don't feel like cooking) Personnel is friendly and helpful. We would certainly come here again.

My stay in this beautiful guesthouse was incredible! Lovely spacious room with huge windows overlooking the Kathmandu valley and surrounding hills. There’s also an easy access to the rooftop with the stunning sunrise/sunset views🥰. In good weather you could see the snowy mountains tops from out there! Clean restroom with hot water. Nice well equipped kitchen, fridge. All the dishes, cups, silverware and pots are present. Little well kept garden was full of flowers in spring! Property is generally very well maintained and looked after with the great love and attention to the details. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. A short taxi ride to Thamel and 7 min walk to the main entrance to Swayambhu (monkey temple). The owners of the guesthouse Valeria and Alex are extremely friendly and helpful! I’m very grateful for this fabulous stay!

I will stay here whenever I am back in KTM. The place was very peaceful, quiet and clean - with amazing views of Kathmandu and the Monkey Temple. The rooftop & meditation room were a highlight for me. Location was not too far away so that you felt out of the mix. The hosts (Naidoop and Jonh) were also very accomodating and helpful with local knowledge, and things to look out for for first time travellers.

This is "Top 3" in my own hostels rating. We felt like at home of the best friend: cooked and eat in the kitchen, chilled on the roof and in the yard looking at Swayambhu. The housekeeper was perfect, very kind and helpful. The room was also very nice: nothing super-special but "made with love".

The guest house is very clean and the staff is super friendly! The Guesthouse is very close to the Swayambu Stupa and has great opportunities around for food and good coffee!

Fantastic hosts arranged additional services for seeing Nepal and were very informative and warm. Visiting for the first time and for 4 days our stay turned into the most wonderful and meaningful experience of Katmandu and beyond. and The hotel is very neat. The kitchen/cafeteria is very convenient and cozy.

No easy check in or check out as there’s no proper reception. The water pressure was bad. The shower head was quite bad and the water went in all directions. Sometimes I couldn’t flush the toilet as the water refilled slowly. So I needed to wait an hour or so. The staff offered to fix it, but I didn’t want to have people in my room. It’s a nice place in theory. But I had much nicer apartments previously in Kathmandu for a smaller nightly rate. With some improvements it could be a 10/10 place.

Friendly staff, nice common kitchen, and garden, and roof top. Nice cafe nearby.

The hotel is hard to find and inconvenient. Cold room and not enough blankets. Impersonal atmosphere. not cosy...

The woman who greeted us was very nice and tried her best to make us feel welcome. no breakfast but you can cook in a kitchen which is helpful if you are staying long enough.
