Nothing I can think of off the top of my head. There was a problem with the street in front of the hotel, but that's been fixed. The street has been fully constructed by now.

All the facilities were nice, clean and well maintained and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a terrific stay at Taleju Boutique Hotel.

The road in front of the hotel was muddy so it was really uncomfortable after the rain (July 2025). It is however OK if you have good trekking shoes. They mentioned that this road will be repaired soon

Nicely located just few steps away from noisy and busy Thamel tourist area with restaurants and shops this hotel seems to be hidden gem of calm and relaxation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, everything you need is there. Breakfast you can have outdoors in the inner yard. Coffee is perfect to start the day!

20 meters of the road right in front of the hotel was quite muddy every time after it rained, had to clean my shoes regularly.

Taleju Boutique Hotel exceeded all expectations! Januka, Pratikshya and the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. On my birthday, they generously upgraded our room and provided exceptional service. The food was incredible, thanks to Roshan and the F&B team who added special touches to make the experience even more memorable. Even the security guards, though I didn't catch their names, were enthusiastic and welcoming. Their service is truly more than 5 stars – they treat you like royalty, making you feel like a prince and princess. After my trek through the Himalayas, I was looking for a quiet and pleasant place to relax in Kathmandu. I noticed there were many very positive reviews of the Taleju Boutique Hotel. I initially booked a few days to try it out, and I was delighted to end up spending my entire stay here. Januka and her friendly team made me feel right at home, and I can only recommend this wonderful hotel.

Beds are not 100% comfortable, however, for a short stay it wouldn`t be a problem. Furniture and aircon could be a bit renovated.

Only stayed for one night after arriving to Kathmandu. However, would come back for sure! Nice hotel with spacious clean rooms and great, super friendly staff. Great location as well. Hotel promised us airport pick up and it was arranged very well with no waiting time at all. Good room service and also nice little garden to have a drink! Would happily recommend!

I stayed at Taleju Boutique hotel on two occasions in over a 3 week period. On both visits they arranged a pickup for me at the airport which was an added bonus. The room was very comfortable for the price paid with very friendly and helpful staff.

The location was great for me. It was on the edge of Thamel in a quiet side street so there was no traffic noise but it was close enough to the action to pop out to do some shopping or go to a restaurant. The staff were really friendly and the bedroom clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent for such a small hotel. I ate in the restaurant 1 night and that was great too. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Kathmandu.
