Some rooms are quite small and old.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They make us feel at home and they are always happy to help you in everything you need. The little garden in the middle is just perfect to relax a bit from the busy streets of Kathmandu. Breakfast is ok, a mix of intercontinental and nepalese style.

We didn’t like the room that we were previously given so we changed it and shifted to another room which was much better.

I liked the location of the hotel which was in the heart of Thamel. The room was spacious and clean.

Accomodation owners are super super friendly and approachable. They will help you with any needs like hiring taxis/booking treks. They don't try to sell extra products onto you, they will just help you arrange things if you need the help. Good clean room. Nice hot shower. Satisfied with my stay.

The only one thing I am little not satisfied is that this hotel seems purely for buddhists and hindus. You have shrines and symbols which show's that the hotel has strong religious sentiment for a particular religion. I suggest, make it inclusive even religiously for people of every faith.It Thanks

WiFi didn’t work in the room. Black mould in bathroom and bedroom. Door didn’t lock. Breakfast was until 9 and I came down at 8 and all hot food had gone. Said they could change money but didn’t want to change rupees back into dollars

With the pace of Kathmandu is this quiet cul de sac of a hotel with little to finches chirping, and green flowerpots given the essence of countryside Peaceful is a word to describe Even breakfast ,lunch was very serene, if I could take the chef home for some of the meals I would Staff members from cleaners to manager being very friendly and organizing the details without you needing to worry and already on the button for you to enjoy your stay whether taxi or organizing your itinerary plans And all travellers had a good story to share making the ambience of the place beautiful and very family oriented

Unfortunately, it was incredibly loud at the resort. Groups would gather in the courtyard and one night kept us awake until 2am with loud talking and laughing. There were no staff on hand to complain to. Also, when trying to get estimates for taxonomies booked through the hotel, we were told to negotiate with the driver. The drivers would tell us the hotel would book the fare and then we would get a bill for three times the normal taxi price. As such, we often felt swindled.

Located in the heart of Thamel, this place is nice for young travelers who want a lively and loud accommodation.

Very helpful. We needed a taxi for Ramechhap airport and the staff were quick to help at a great price. You can also change your money and have a beer whilst you wait. Lovely start to kathmandu/EBC trek

The windows, in first room they gave us, were completely nailed! So you couldn't open it for some fresh air! The door locker was broken! When we closed the door to go to the reception to ask for another room the door got stuck with our backpacks inside. We had to wait more than half hour to open it and get out staff! Breakfast was very basic and the coffee instant!

Ive booked it earlier and when i got to the hotel they sold my room to someone else and shifted me to a poor hotel, And the staff apologized and charged me the same amount . Not a value for money
