The whole neighborhood shiut down quite early by 9pm. Compared to other properties in Nepal it was more expensive for a room without ac but had a really good fan and the other good points of the hotel made up for it. Not really heated water whichbI guess is solar powered and it was the cloudy raining season so the shower wasn't usually warm but not freezing. But despite this it was actually my favourite stay in Kathmandu.

A great spiritual neighborhood that I liked better than thamel near the boudhanath stupa and some interesting cafes and also near to walking trails up high with monasteries and viewpoints. Very attentive staff. Everything was new and spacious and the cleanliness was top notch. The restaurant had some nice outdoor seating. Bed very comfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying at Boudha Apart Hotel in Kathmandu for over a year, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Michael & Pema, along with their little son, became like family to me during my stay. The warmth and kindness they showed made my time there unforgettable. The hotel itself is incredibly well-maintained, with spotless rooms that are comfortable and cozy. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the attention to detail in every corner of the hotel is evident. I always felt at ease, knowing I was staying in such a well-kept space. Not to mention that the homemade food, was always fresh, delicious, and healthy. The hotel is conveniently located near the iconic Buddha Stupa, but it's nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Ramhiti, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. This makes it the perfect balance—close enough to explore the Stupa and the city, yet far enough to enjoy a calm, quiet environment. The friendly local community around the hotel adds to the charm, making you feel like part of a real neighborhood. Overall, I can't recommend Boudha Apart Hotel enough. Whether you're staying for a short time or a longer period, you'll find a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. The Hotel was very well located, Boudha Stupa was within a 10 minute walk. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food tasted delicious!

The hotel is run by a very kind and sweet family that are always willing to help. It's in a great location, and I was surprised by how good the restaurant and chef is. The hotel feels new and in very good condition. Highly recommend!

The hotel and the room were nice and clean. The owners were so kind and fortcoming. They helped with everything that we needed and it didnt matter if it was with calling a taxi early in morning or helping to find where we can fix our boots (they were damaged and we needed a quick fix before our trek next day). The price was very good and the food was just phenomenal. Highly recommended!

It was quiet, comfortable and friendly. It felt like a home away from home. The building is in superb condition, clean and cozy. The food was also quite good and they accommodated my onion allergy. They also were quite quick in response to any requests I had. It is a little quiet gem in the middle of Boudha. I look forward to coming back again.

I loved the hosts and their hospitality, the food they cooked as well as the availability of food and drink at the hotel (they had cooks on site all day!), my room was perfect for my needs and the value was beyond expectations, the location was great (I was studying in Boudha and it was very close to the learning facilities), and it was overall a great place for me to stay for almost 3 weeks. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers, and think it’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re traveling alone because Pema and Michael really make the hotel feel like home and have developed a great sense of community there.

The hotel is in a very nice area close to Bouddhanath stupa. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable with a good, hard mattress. From the roof there is a spectacular view, they even have a yoga room. The best were the owners and the staff, which were very kind and friendly and made me feel home. I highly recommend to stay here. I will come back here soon.
