Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaThe customer service was exceptional. I have travelled to 36 other countries and I can honestly say that I have never been treated so well in any other country. The manager and the boys were so attentive to my safety and all of my travel needs and I will be forever grateful to them. Even when I was out of Kathmandu, they made sure that I was happy and well looked after. I recommend this hotel to anybody, but above all Australians because the staff have a very solid understanding of our culture and our needs. The rooms were very clean and the food at the restaurant was very tasty.

Very nice hotel with so friendly and helpful staff. Guys from the reception helps with everything starting from airport taxi to the umbrella which needs to borrow because of rain. Very clean and good facilities. It’s little hidden from the Thamel street (about 1 minute walk) but that’s even better because wasn’t so noisy. Having a nice restaurant with great view and good breakfast and drinks. 100% worth the money.
