There wasn't parking outside the unit, but there was parking nearby.

Our unit was attractive and comfortable. The heat pump warmed it very effectively, and everything that we needed was provided. The location was very convenient.

The shared entry, water pressure in the shower and curtain were not great, room was small, no liight for passage, no iron. TV's could be mounted on the wall to allow more bench space. Maybe this room could be for 1 person and a fresh coat of white paint. Price was too much for this room.

The parking was a little tight in front of the unit for our van but we found a space across from our unit which was perfect

Communication was excellent and we were Able to get a late check out. The space was perfect and because it was heavily raining and very cold we were hopeful the unit would be warm as well and it was. Very nice and cosy for our family. Plenty of nice warm blankets and a good space for family groups

A cleaner room would be more inviting. Noticed that the floor needed to be vacummed especially behind the lounge seat.

The hotel owner/manager was so nice and easy to talk to. We felt welcomed and she appreciated us staying at her motel. I appreciated her respectful personality and caring attitude towards us as a whaanau.

We were in the Pure Guest Hose, not Pure Motel, which is next door. So no access to Spa. Booking.com booking site had no mention of this difference.

Easy to find. Host where lovely. Had some Classic decor touches, if you like art deco then you'd appreciate that.

The first greeting..the receptionist/owner expressed huge regret and was making personal remarks like “we thought it’s for 4 adults and oh my you have two boys is it possible they do t make a noise as the structure is wooden and the people downstairs will get disturbed. Point to note: we only booked ONE night! Secondly the double bed and single bed was fine but the 4th bed was actually a portable cheap one and charging $165 per night and then giving that as a 4th bed even for an adult is atrocious! But apart from these two things everything else was good.

Covered all the basics except for a proper fourth single bed. Balcony was a cute touch. Great pillows, adequate toiletries and great mattress on the double bed and one single bed.

Large high top room, takes a while for room to heat up on a cold night. Then I realized the heaters dial timer was broken, so would switch off every half hour. I'd need to keep on switching it back on every 30 minutes.

The room was spacious and clean. It was possible to park my car just in front of the door room. The location was quiet, and perfect for me to visit various attractions in Rotorua and the surroundings.

Had an odd feel too the place. Random decor? Kind of reminded me of my nans house, like nothings changed in 50yrs.

Bed was super comfy and the blanket was really nice. Location is great, very close to amenities and supermarkets etc.

About 9pm - 12 midnight the other unit was not aware that they were disturbing the others who are sleeping. The banging of the door was hard and loud, and the people were laughing and talking out loud outside their room that made us sleepless.

I like the place, because everything we needed were there.

Bed was a little stiff. Compared to another place having the toilet and shower behind the same door is less ideal if someone’s using one or the other and locks the door you have to wait. Smart TV not completely accessible, you must bring your own equipment. Not sure if it was priced at $247 because of 3 persons, compared to another place down the road (Stay at 245) priced at $149 for basically a ‘nicer’ version that also sleeps 3 people.

Easy parking out front - we had room 2. Good compact set up for 3 people. We liked the kitchen dining table combo quite space efficient. Big shower. Our 3rd person pulled out short notice so they missed out.

We had a lovely comfortable stay at the Pure Motel and would stay again. Had the room with king bed and kitchen. All we needed. Wasn't my original booking, but an upgrade. Thanks Vince at Pure Motel.
