We loved everything about our stay here. Everything was perfect. Exceptional Host as well. Generous breakfast, warm comfortable bed, bonus having a lounge to relax in, magnificent bathroom. We wished we had stayed longer! Highly recommend.

The location just a few minutes out of Takaka township was great - peaceful setting. Our 'space' was awesome and the breakfast with Jen was an absolute bonus - we think possibly the best B&B 'breakfast' experience we've had both in supply and company. Thanks

The hosts welcomed us into their lovely home, we had a large bedroom with super comfy bed, our own cosy lounge and a huge bathroom with brilliant shower. Very tasty breakfast with barista style coffee. Lots of information about the local area provided.

Everything. Jen & Steve were the best hosts ever and their property just beautiful. We could not find anything that could be a problem for anyone. We wish to convey our greatest thanks to our hosts.

Our hosts, Jen and Steve, outdid themselves. They were convivial, giving us useful advice about what to sight-see and where to eat, as well as providing an information folder easily on par with that of a well-appointed hotel. They also let us use their laundry facilities. Our modern bedroom was large, air conditioned, and had plenty of space for our luggage. We had a separate lounge area, and a spacious, tasteful bathroom (this was the only place we stayed which had a shower with a foot rest). My wife was especially impressed with the generous breakfast spread. All this, and it was the least expensive place we stayed.

We checked in after 9 pm, the host was very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation itself was immaculately clean and comfortable.

The room is beautiful, it was so cool to have a big bed, big bathroom with a bath and it was really clean

The breakfast was good but simple, for the price I was expecting a breakfast with some fresh croissants and the possibility to have eggs.

Beautifully furnished suite comprising of bedroom, sitting room and bathroom (bath & separate shower). Facilities in sitting room for making drinks/snacks included coffee machine, fridge & microwave as well as having access to owners kitchen for preparing meals. Jen & Steve were excellent hosts providing lots of useful info about the local area enabling us to make the most of our short time in Takaka. Had a great time & hope to return to explore more. Continental breakfast laid out in the kitchen from which to help ourselves although Jen returned home in time to make us some superior coffee!

Steve & Jen were friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Well set up bedroom, small lounge and bathroom for guests. Good continental breakfast included. Would recommend staying here.

Automatic insect spray inside the room

The flat is really spacious and very clean. There are a lot of maps to help you plan your journey. There is a fridge and a microwave in it. The owners are helpful and very kind!
