The room was spacious and comfortable. We were treated to a free upgrade to a sea view room and it was so beautiful. The staff were friendly and the motel itself is in a great spot to explore the town easily.

We’ve stayed here several times before. The location is fantastic, the room super comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The toiletries are extremely nice.

The bathroom fan was a bit weak, but not a big issue. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, could do with some new ones.

The view from the top floor room 12 was beautiful. The room was huge, with a good lounge area and kitchen. The bathroom shower was very good pressure and spacious. The location was very close to the water and a great cafe and shops. The toiletries were my favourite brand.

All the important factors Nice linen and towels and bathroom products, comfy huge bed, good water pressure from shower , room was heated when we arrived, location-easy to walk everywhere

Great location. Close to some great shops cafes and restaurants, view of the harbour, nice walk to other part of Akaroa. Heated floor in bathroom was delightful.

Reception staff very friendly and professional. I generously was upgraded, thank you. Room spotless and lovely view over the lake. Location central to everything. Heat pump kept the room warm and cosy, and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the shower! I would not hesitate to stay again.

I think the couch could have been a bit bigger was a bit small for two. There was a chair too though.

The view was amazing. The staff were very helpful. And our room had a great shower.
