Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere is no rangehood over stove. Needed to open windows. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom. No visible smoke detectors sighted. Unit a bit dated. It was functional for our family.
Motel was in excellent location to explore Christchurch. Close to Botanic Gardens, Westfield & main roads. Cooking facilities helped save money on eating out. It was warm & comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful.

New ZealandThe 5G tower parked right opposite the building is the only reason I would not return here. I felt jittery and on edge the entire time we were in the apartment, struggled to sleep, had a mild but constant headache and sinus congestion. I am exhausted now that we're back home. It seems that all of Christchurch is covered in 5G towers every few hundred metres, as we could see one or more of the horrid things pretty much anywhere we were in the city. I can't imagine there will be many healthy people left in town with this much EMF radiation going on all the time.
A nice apartment with a very comfortable bed and an extremely well-equipped kitchen. Very clean and secure. The manager was very friendly and helpful.
