We didn't know how to control air conditioning, so found it to hot and stuffy to sleep....but all good.

We arrived late on second night due to the flooding around Nelson and found it most welcoming with light's on and room warm and cosy. The breakfast provided was outstanding.

Pillows were not very comfortable, I prefer tiny pillow and these were bigger than I got used to. But it's just me. The bed itself was great!

It was an excellent experience. The hosts are very welcoming and the space is gorgeous. The location is quiet and safe. Not far from Richmond central area or Nelson. My private room with a key and a cozy outdoor area. I liked the bathroom, it is very stylish. Breakfast is simple (musli, yogurt, toasts, jam) but it was perfectly enough to wake up without rushing for food.

Very prompt communication and warm welcome by owners. Absolutely fantastic accommodation and spotlessly clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Super comfy bed with lovely linen. In a quiet setting and very handy to Richmond. I would definately recommend Berryfields 64 as a top place to stay.

I'd have loved a proper coffee in the morning, and unpacking the car under the sprinkler was a little inconvenient.

Good bed, good location near to Joe's Garage and the Silky Otter, crisp, clean and new interior and a good shower. Free parking close to the room, and very private. Easy instructions on how to check in.

This isn’t really a dislike, more of an observation. The fridge , toaster, kettle arrangement in what was a walk in robe could be so much better. Everything on top of the fridge, then no where to prep, would benefit from at least a work top .

Very well presented and organised room with en-suite. Bread, butter & jam and cereal were much appreciated. Location was less than 10 min drive to the middle of town. We went to the cinema which was only a 5minute drive. ( best cinema seats ever )

A small sink to wash up would enable people to clean up after themselves. A drying rack to pop outside for swimming things etc would be useful.

Such a lovely little setup, everything we needed, and so clean and tidy. Having breakfast included was a game changer. It solved the problem of shopping the night before (as we checked in late), or having to get up, get ready, and head out for breakfast.

A few minor things No dishcloth or tea towel No sharp knife, but there was a chopping board. It would be nice to have some outdoor seating, as there is plenty of space outside. Otherwise it was great.

The property was very modern & clean, an excellent place to stay. A brilliant breakfast of cereals, milk, toast, butter, jam, peanut butter, apples & yogurt. The shower was good and a large bathroom. Parking was right outside.

The cleanliness, the location and the facilities, were amazing, as in, providing milk on arrival, breakfast cereals, bread jam, and marmalade. Bed linen is beautifully ironed and fresh, pillows soft and the mattress comfy. Bathroom spotlessly clean and a defuser on the hair hair dryer rarely seen
