New ZealandOffice staff lacked customer service. I waited in reception for about 15-20minutes(sign up saying they would return in 10 mins)on check-in.. I left as no one showed up.. I returned about 1 hour later, again the sign was still up, I waited for 15 mins, no one showed up, I phoned the hotel, the lady came in and said she was sorry as she was painting a room..She upgraded my room.. days later, I asked if she had any milk. She said she would bring it to my room(she was on the phone) in 10 mins, and no milk arrived... I went and asked again after 20 mins(still on the phone) she said "sorry I forgot." The milk was off. I used the washing machine, appalling, took over 2hrs just to wash and then re-wash.(remove it from the service), and I had to take my clothing to the laundry mat as it didn't wash the clothes(left clamps of powder on clothing)

New ZealandWe were in room 8.... Check-in was poor Wifi connection was weak. Cleaners came early knocking (aggressively) while we were getting dressed to check-out (9:15am). Tv/remote wasn't working properly. Smelly inside the room - maybe cleaning cloth used was same as what was used for wiping bathroom (damp smell). Curtains broken and uncleaned. Bed uncomfortable, pillows smells. Kitchen wasn't that cleaned.
