Staff were super helpful with accommodating my request to change rooms.

Cheap

Tired. Neighbours very close and talking loudly into the night right outside window! Sliding door to bedroom very hard to move and noisey.

The location was good for what we wanted. The room was quiet and the beds very comfortable.

There was no cloth to wipe the kitchen bench. Or plug for the kitchen sink.

Office staff lacked customer service. I waited in reception for about 15-20minutes(sign up saying they would return in 10 mins)on check-in.. I left as no one showed up.. I returned about 1 hour later, again the sign was still up, I waited for 15 mins, no one showed up, I phoned the hotel, the lady came in and said she was sorry as she was painting a room..She upgraded my room.. days later, I asked if she had any milk. She said she would bring it to my room(she was on the phone) in 10 mins, and no milk arrived... I went and asked again after 20 mins(still on the phone) she said "sorry I forgot." The milk was off. I used the washing machine, appalling, took over 2hrs just to wash and then re-wash.(remove it from the service), and I had to take my clothing to the laundry mat as it didn't wash the clothes(left clamps of powder on clothing)

Parking outside door, heat pump in room, big TV with Netflix, large kitchen.

Staff unfriendly, noisey neighbour's at 4am, hard and well worn towels, glassware dirty

Clean, tidy, and warm room. Great staff.

Came with the family and booked multiple rooms. Overall happy staff gave us the adjoining rooms

The price was good. Close to the people we were visiting.

TV did not work. Internet did not work, could not connect on any of our devices. Strange smell when we first entered the unit.

Quiet location. Very clean presentation. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water.

No instructions on how to use the TV. No light switch handy to bed.

The wifi was strong and bed was comfortable, we had a late check in and were accommodated quite well by the staff.

Was a steal at this price compared to other motels in the area. Blissful stay
