Lovely location and really nicely equipped. Bed a bit narrow but this is common for New Zealand. Food in the restaurant was fantastic as was breakfast.

Was 4 hours away from Te Anau! We were told it was in Te Anau. Not Ecoscapes fault!

There was some lattice panels in front of the cabin that looked out of place and rather tacky. I don’t understand the purpose but if it was for privacy it sacrificed the outlook.

The modern eco style cabins were amazing how they captured the views.

Loved every thing about it. It’s bit of a drive in the remote area for Glenorchy. But did not bother us.

The scenery is out of the world, the accommodation in itself is pretty self sufficient with modern gadgets provided. Loved the jacuzzi and the projector for some midnight movie.

Unfortunately dinner must be ordered ahead of time and there is only 1 option. We were unsure and so opted to not order in case it was something we did not like. That evening while have a drink the dinner being served around us looked and smelt sensational. We would most certainly have paid for that dinner had we known what was being served.

The quietness and natural beauty of Ecoscapes is glorious. Breakfast was sufficient and the view from our breaky table was Second to none!

I found some hair on the bed. The bathroom and the towel were clean.

The lodge has beautiful mountain view. The staff were friendly. We met with the owner when we were having breakfast. She is so friendly. We only stayed for 2 nights. Wish we stayed there longer. Breakfast was delicious. I requested a small of salad on my breakfast and the chef added in. Thank you so much , we really enjoyed our stay.

We felt hand basin in the shower room is too small. every time we used the water splashed but we understand that space is limited in the bathroom.

The breakfast was delicious and a great size. Room delivered so you can just enjoy the scenery from your room. It was also the quiet season for them as it’s winter but I feel it’s the best time to come as you pretty much have the place to yourself and it’s so calm and quiet.

Absolutely everything. Truely mind blowing beauty, the very comfortable and gorgeous eco hut with the most astonishing view, the lovely home style meals cooked by John himself. John and Toni were very nice and helpful. This was an experience we'll never forget.
