Ease of entry, private entrance, very close to shops & cafes, free parking, quality linen and towels. Comfortable bed. Sure, its small and compact but absolutely perfect for our 2 night stay, we will be back!

The mattress is very soft forcing you to roll to the middle. The bathroom sink is the smallest sink I’ve ever seen.( cute but impractical) I used the kitchen sink for everything.

The location is excellent , the room was very clean and well appointed.

Bed was a bit too soft for us. Hand basin in ensuite was very small so had to clean ur teeth, and got water everywhere when trying to have a wash. Got 2 sets of towels for 4 day stay. No washing machine so had to use same towels for the 4 days as used one set for the pools.

Only street parking is available, and while we were lucky to get a spot right outside the accommodation, it was very full and likely would have had to park further away if we took the car for a drive. We were told we could park on the grass outside the accom but that area is actually taped off and unable to do so. The room is very tiny, barley any room to move once the suitcases are open on the floor so wouldn't be comfortable for a longer stay unless you plan on being away from the accomodation for most of the day. But for a place to freshen up and rest you head this accommodation is perfect.

Loved that this little self contained room had a private entrance onto the street. Albeit cramped, everything we needed was provided including a little kitchenette and clean and modern bathroom. The location is unbeatable, a few minutes walk to the main strip with all the restaurants and shopping, about 10 mins walk to the beach and walkable distance to the base of Mt Maunganui summit walk (about 15 mins to the base, and a further 30-45mins to the summit).

Stylishly furnished apartment with all of the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. There was plenty of free parking on the street and the apartment was a two minute walk to the beach, and to the local restaurants, cafes, and shops, and 10 minutes walk to the Mount. The apartment was clean, warm, quiet, and very comfortable. The outdoor patio area was a lovely spot to sit and relax after a hot day out and about. It was private, secure, and sunny while also catching a lovely cool breeze. The host was very responsive and provided lots of helpful information about the area. We look forward to staying again at this lovely apartment when we are next in Mount Maunganui.
