We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Our stay at Fran & Frankie's B&B was one of the highlights of our five-week tour of the South Island. Perfectly what we had in mind: away from Wanaka, but still close. Peace, greenery and comfort, but above all warm, genuine hospitality. Our three days were a special treat, thanks to Fran and Frankie. Both in terms of the welcome, their breakfast, with the many home-grown ingredients from their beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. Also their tips for restaurants and walking tours, whether locally or around Lake Wanaka or Lake Hawea, were perfectly formulated and invaluable. Both sense the guests perfectly. Being able to demonstrate all this in a cordial, yet discreet and stylish style, pure class.
