Three flight of stairs to get luggage from garage to apartment. Balcony with a view with a large tree right in the middle.

Close to town, separate bedroom, great bathroom. Very quiet. Laundry. Very warm. Offered us later checkout for minimal amount.

The tiles outside our room wasn’t secure so if you stood on one side of them the tile would flip up. Also $50 to get an hour late checkout was pricey as no one was in the room after us.

The court yard of the 1 bedroom courtyard appartments is not a private courtyard it is really just a space next to the steps for the upstairs apartments. They also failed to tell us that there would be renovation work going on during our stay when we booked.

It is a 10 min walk to the centre of Queenstown. It is an easy downhill walk to town but is a bit of an uphill walk back.

For some reason, booking.com doesn’t process on their system properly and they can’t actually see if you’ve paid already. They eventually found it but then did it to my brothers room. It was all sorted but they definitely need to figure out why the system is lacking information transfer.

Great spot, great views, the place was always warm! We loved our stay! We got the two bedroom apartment and it was very updated, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast just comes in a box, juice, and Cereal ok but remainder of the breakfast is inadequate.

The apartment needs a bit of a face lift, furniture a bit shabby. I expected lake views but had to go on the deck which was facing a road to look over at the lake so was disappointed with that.

We stayed for 5 nights and they came to make the bed service twice only not every day, and didn't come to change the bath towels on second day and for two nights there was no bath liquid in the shower and it took several requests to get it refilled. Anyway, The bath towels were changed every day after we asked for. Don't recommend their breakfast, no eggs, no bacon, no pancake.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was a short walk to the lake and bus stop.

Cleaners made the bed every day but did not clean the bathroom or restock the coffee supplies until our last night.

Road side room had good sound proofing to reduce (but not eliminate) traffic noise Walking distance to town centre so save yourself the bother with parking in town and walk.

I would recommend having breakfast outside, as the variety is limited. Since they don’t have a kitchen, they don’t serve hot food like eggs for breakfast.

Overall, the stay was very good. The room was clean and spacious. Also, it’s within walking distance to Queenstown Garden. They offer free parking, which is a great benefit for this location

Reception staff were uninterested with any interactions. Renovations on going People parked in designated park reception responce just park in another spot Bed set up not as booked, tho fixed quickly when pointed out

The living area was really small and the lights were dim. The ceiling is considered low and we felt a little claustrophobic. Stairway was too narrow to carry the big luggages up the room. We left the luggages on the ground floor. No smart tv, which was a disappointment for my kids (Hahaa! The parents were fine though).

We like the rooms on the 2nd floor and the big bathroom on the ground floor. They are clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. 14 minutes walking distance to the town centre with 2 young children, which was manageable.

Great location, the one bed apartments at the back had an amazing view. I think I would have been disappointed if i did not have a view.

We had a front room so traffic noise was quite load.

The room was very comfortable with lots of room. We had a toaster, microwave, kettle and all you needed for making a quick snack.

Walking distance from Queenstown downtown. Very easy bus access (#1 to Queenstown Airport). The beds were very comfy!
