The property was a run down. There was crumbs/dust/roof on the duvet cover which was over our pillow. Fair price for the accommodation.

The location was great. Easy to find and plenty of off street parking. Lovely warm radiators in the rooms and bathroom. The hot shower was great.

Hugely overpriced, clearly the prices were increased for the weekend given there were 2 big events in town. Very rundown! Windows didn’t close properly, spa bath enamel was chipped. window sill in bathroom chipped. Old fixtures still in wall. The mineral pool wasn’t working. Water pressure in the shower over bath was poor. Very disappointed in the amount of money I paid for this vs what I received.

The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Old and outdated. Motel requires a revamp, loads of fixes required - windows didn't close, shower was rusted, window frames with hard deposits, no kids safety latches on 3rd floor windows (family room). Mineral pools out of order and no air con. No hospitality.

Beds okay. Fine if you need a place to sleep.

The hotel itself needs a major renovation, if people are thinking of just staying for overnight, it should do the work but equipments and furniture's are very old.

The mineral pool was out if service and no adjustments to the cost was given. The last time we stayed here the mineral pool was literally boiling hot. Disappointing they advertise it still and it's not open. Additionally there was a group of people loud throughout the night. Specifically around 3am. We couldn't reach anyone at the reception. The parking spots need to be allocated because the one in front of our room was taken and at midnight they turned in the car and woke us with their lights shining through the curtains.

Location is great, easy walk to many facilities and nature walks. Rooms were spacious and the jetted bath a treat.

Spa bath didn't work, water temperature was all over the place one minute its hot then it went freezing cold then super hot.

It was good for a last minute booking for a reasonable price. Our room was clean which is always a bonus..

The facility was really run down. Water takes a long time to heat up when you want a shower. Lots of internal wear and tear that need some TLC.

Location. Pretty central and easy to get around town from there. Staff made sure what is there clean and tidy.

Toilet flushing needs fixing. Towel rail missing off wall. Black Mould on tiles in shower. Drain in bathroom sink has turned black?? Bathroom window leaks at the top when it rains. No PowerPoint next to main bed.

Quite abit of water damage on roof and window sills. The owners and their kids were really noisy until nearly 12am. You didn't get enough milk to even do 2 drinks.

Tired property and in need of a renovation We only stayed 2 nights, but we were made to move rooms, though once we packed, they did move our things for us to the new room.

Had to flush toilet twice before paper went down had no opener or grater as I was cooking us nachos which required the two items above the morning we left my partner had a shower then I went to have mine was the shower for 5minutes then sadly it went cold on me so I wasn't very happy about having a cold shower

Beds were comfortable we had 2double beds in our unit spa bath was very nice they had a big cupboard to put our extra gears n nic nacs with draws and had a good sized mirror attached

The noisy neighbour's kept me up til 330am was really angry that owners didn't tell them to turn music of at 11pm
