I just didn't like the bath area. They need a non-slip mat in the bathroom so kids can stay for too long in the shower without me worrying.

Loved everything about it! They upgraded our room and it was a great experience for the kids. The place was spacious so kids can go around and play around.

A little old and well-loved, but still perfect clean and lovely to stay in.

The office staff are absolutely amazing people! The night before we stayed we were spending on Waiheke Island and needed somewhere to park the car whilst we were away. They let us leave it in the motel car park for free for the 48 hours we were on the island and then it was safely there when we came to check in. Also, they gave us an upgraded room which was bigger and had more space. We had a lovely hand written note in the room and some tasty snacks for when we arrived. Great location close to the airport which was perfect for what we needed (probably not a good choice for the city centre - it’s about an hour on public transport!). Kitchenette had everything we needed and the heat pump kept us nice and warm.

The rooms are a little dated now. Everything worked but don't expect a modern look or feel.

Wanted a motel reasonably close to the airport and this suited us admirably. Traffic congestion in Auckland can be a nuisance. Its on a main road but was still quiet enough in the rooms.

Really helpful and nice stuff, doing one step more then necessary. Equiped kitchenette including milk inside fridge.I enjoyed quiet location even outside direction airport - downtown. Because of the location we were not able to use Supper Shuttle for 20NZD but needed other option, still recommend for stay - 20min drive from the airport.

Auckland weather can be great most times. However, this particular night it became a thunderstorm, but still, slept like a baby.

As soon as you are greeted, the atmosphere seemed relaxing and comfortable.

Not being able to get into my room at the designated time. Fairy lights outside my window flashing all night. Lights on outside all night and curtains not covering the window enough to block out light. I would suggest some hooks on the wall to help extend coverage.

Clean and large room. Hot Chocolate was a bonus as I do not drink tea or coffee. The garden and fish pond is beautiful. Bed was great to sleep in, daily room service is a nice touch. Staff are super nice.
