We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandWe loved our stay here. The house is warm and cozy with plenty of room, amenities and little added extras that made our stay comfortable. We loved the kitchen set up, lots of thought has gone into how people cook/eat while on holiday - the cupboards and drawers are so well equipped (especially for those who love platters). It was clean and tidy on arrival and Nicki was so accommodating to our requests, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic! Close to the beach, mini golf, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying at Graydon Grove.

New ZealandMore tea towels and hand towels..although you could wash them in the washing machine. Couldn't find the oven gloves but not a major. The couple in the smaller double bedroom felt the mattress needed replacing as there was a definite sink in the middle of the bed and found sleeping uncomfortable. Probably OK for one person.
Fantastic location. Extremely well equipped home. Great outdoor seating. Home has been extensively refurbished. Thank you so much for sharing your holiday home and your grandparents for purchasing it in the first place.

I could not fault this family bach. Firstly the prime location was everything and more for our family. Less than 100 metres to the park, flying fox and mini golf. A quick 2-minute walk to the cafe, shop and that amazing golden beach! This family bach is well laid out for a family vacation and all the facilities you need for self-catering, indoors or outdoors. Beds were comfortable and the linen was fresh. I'm quite fussy when it comes to reviewing cleanliness, but this house was immaculate. We can't wait to go back.
