Located in an older building that had large public spaces and corridors. Older style decor with fittings that are well worn. Clean and well located close to Auckland Tower. Plenty of cafes, bars and retail close by.

King size bed was excellent however as it was 2 singles pushed together the integrity of the edges of the mattresses in the middle made the gap between them noticable.

Fabulous views, great facilities the pools, spas and sauna were fantastic. Having a dryer in the room was amazing as we got caught in the rain so to be able to have warm dry clothes quickly was great.

the shower is in the bath, which is deep - tricky for a young person to get in and out of, wouldn’t want an injury or to be elderly

Everything within the hotel is so far apart. My family was locked into the pool area because the tape had come off the door. The main elevator that takes you to the pool was out of order so we had to take the stairs. My dad has a walker so we had to carry everything down. Bedrooms are a little out dated but are spacious.

Good location based in the city center. Paid for valet parking to save hassle

The 'old' Heritage, what more to say. Her glory years are well over and its time she had a spruce up. The bedrooms don't need much and it would be a sin to carpet the wooden heritage floors, but its hard to ignore that the bathroom fittings, tiles, etc are all VERY worn dated, and need attention.

Size of room, in-room amenities, comfy bed, good lighting, quiet. Unit with fridge in particularly nice touch, full length mirror and hanging rack / rail was very functional.

Obviously being upgraded so no cafe or restaurant on site and room fittings eg curtains etc. were pretty tired looking but were clean.

Good location and price for an overnight stay. Front desk staff very welcoming. Good sized room and amenities. Bed very comfortable.

Great location and facilities. Comfy beds. pacious suite. Nice touch having a coffee pod machine and a plunger, along with coffee, etc and tea. Bath salts a nice touch too.

Liked the friendly staff. Having both an indoor and an outdoor pool was amazing, especially the rooftop pool view at night 🫶🏾🤌🏾

I wasn't aware we had to have a credit card (not debit card) to have on the system and had to pay a bond which was ok, but a little annoying and think this should be advertised.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice. Very nice place to stay in.
