HighTree Chalets if off the beaten track - but we will be beating a track right back to it! The setting is gorgeous. The run holders Pomeranian Dog guided us on a walk around the lake. The chalet was comfortable. One could get used to having this little piece of paradise to themselves.

The High Tree Chalets are absolutely beautiful. Even though I was working it was such a chill location and stunning accommodation. The only suggestion is having internet access for both personal devices but also the smart tv. We’ll definitely be back again soon. M & N

Absolutely stunning accommodation. The Chalet was perfect for a night away celebrating our wedding anniversary ❤️ Tried a bit of fishing, a lovely walk around the lake and finished with a long soak in the bath. Loved everything and will definitely be back.

Beautiful chalet, very peaceful and loads of little touches to make the stay extra special. Great communication. If visiting, make sure to ask for one of the local wines as they are amazing!

Amazing decor and details within the room. The overall space and bathroom well exceeded our expectations. The private lake and balcony area with outside bath is deffinately the gem of the stay. This stay was by far our most favourite out of our whole NZ trip, and we will deffinately be back here again!

We would have loved a microwave and some kind of curtains for the mosquitoes. Some hooks on the wall for hanging clothes. Bathrobes would also have been nice.

Modern and beautiful decorated. Cute pond with nice walkway around it. Welcoming candy was delicious. The bathtub was roomy and we got a ”bath bomb”. Very comfortable bed. Good pantry with Nespresso. Everything we needed (except microwave and WiFi).

The location on the lake/pond is divine and serene with ducks and a swan family. it is a beautiful tranquil spot and a great cabin with full kitchen and brand new bathroom. Comfy bed looking out to the view and a balcony to sip a glass or two or have a meal.

We stayed in the Willow lodge for two nights at the end of a busy trip on the South island, and it was such an amazing experience. The lodges are decorated beautifully, the bed is super comfy and the bath is such a treat - being able to watch the ducks and swans on the pond was wonderful. It is clear a lot of love and thought has gone into every detail of these lodges, and the little touches were so appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone seeking some time to chill and be amongst nature in a beautiful setting. Thank you!
