The issue with buildings that you can’t open the window with is that you are dependent on the intake and unfortunately a way to save money is to bring less air from the outside into the building. The HVAC engineer would have programmed this into the system to save money for the owner.

Fantastic view from our room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very warm greeting from all staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was AMAZING - well worth getting included. Only a short walk to Commercisl Bay. We'll equipped gym. Decor appealing. We have already rebooked for another stay!

AustraliaWe weren’t keen on the coffee and tea facilities in the room which were loose leaf tea (although delicious) and ground coffee with a drip container. Bit of a messy faff when you just want a quick coffee or tea. I’d give breakfast a miss and go elsewhere.
The hotel was very clean and modern. We agree with other reviewers that the rooms are stylish but small and probably at the expense of practicality.

An exceptional breakfast, although the restaurant was a little poky for the number of diners in the morning. The concierge staff were amazing, offering advice and making suggestions on how to make the most of our 3 night visit to Auckland.

Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Bed was so comfy with beautiful crisp sheets. Room and bathroom are modern and exceptionally clean. I loved the beautiful tea and coffee options. Everything was bespoke and luxurious. GHD hairdryer! Incredible food at the restaurant. The lobby is gorgeous and full or art and books. The thank you chocolates were locally made and delicious. Location is super central, pay for valet parking to minimize stress. Honestly, could not fault this lovely hotel. Will be back for sure!

She upgraded us to a room on a much higher floor with an incredible view, it was so unexpected and kind of her and extra special as it was me and my partners 6 year anniversary.
