The spa was a treat. Lovely and clean. Beds were just right for a good nights sleep . Staff were friendly and courteous

The bed had a king single duvet inner and 2 sheets as blankets and 1 pillow, I just recommend taking you're own spare blankets & pillows, the bed was uncomfortable with the electric blanket on, so we took it off! other than that it was a great motel to stay at :)

It was a good convient location

We were driving back from Wellington and we were looking foward to the jacuzzi but it was dirty and they didn’t provide towels which we were disappointed about because we book with them because of the spa.

The spa was nice.

We couldn't get the tv to work. (There were no instructions of how to use it and no batteries in 1 of the remotes). There was no bath mat or face clothes and only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. No tea towels or dish cloths. There was no smoke alarm and only 1 tea bag. Also no milk for a hot drink when we arrived. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Inclusive of pets, my little dog enjoyed being able to accompany us. The beds were comfortable with clean linen and some towels.

There is rubbish everywhere - all in the unkempt gardens and lawns. The spouting leaks, and pours out over the steps where you have to walk. The dishes weren't clean, like coffee stuck to the inside, and I had to wash everything before we could use it. There was no dishcloth to wipe bench and tables. No face cloths or hand towels either. The fridge was very iced up and needed a full defrost. While it is dated and reflected in the price, the neglect and unkemptness is unnecessary.

The smoke alarms had been removed because they were making a noise, I think that’s illegal

It was dirty. Dishes were dirty. The kitchen was old timber that was swollen and broken. There were no blankets however ther was a heater which was needed to keep warm. Definitely is not 4 star

I like spa but some function doesn't work

No remote TV .TV no signal .wifi not strong signal. Expensive if you have pet stay should show price for pet . Some room can't use full facilities. Because I book for 5 room. Reception should tell me anything not available before check-in.

The room was good, large enough with a nice little kitchenette. The best of all was the spa bath, that made up for anything else

Really loved the private hot mineral spa and it filled up very quickly. The kitchenette was perfect and could cook a meal using the hotplate and.had everything we needed. Room was warm and the beds had electric blankets. Thanks will stay again.

No working TV, only heating provided was a small portable fan heater, no milk, no toilet paper in the room to start with, spa is mineral bath with no bubbles and in the morning, no hot water in the shower.

The fact that it was close to where we needed to be the following fay.

Cold and morbid. 2 rooms and the larger room had a small heater that would be best suited for a one desk cubicle. The larger room with 2 single beds while the double bed in other room had an electric blanket unlike the single beds. As it is winter and was rather cold that particular night, heating I guess is essential.

I won't stay here again. The TV was an android TV and kept losing the wi fi. There was no milk in the fridge for a cup of tea or coffee. The shower had been repaired so was patching and there was a big step in and out of the shower. Which was dangerous for us as an elderly couple. There was only 1 extra pillow in the room. The little kitchen area repairs had been done. There was no stove to do any cooking. Couldn't work the wall heater and had to use a small fan heater. Stayed here because it was pet friendly but had to pay 35 dollars on arrival. This wasn't advertised anywhere
