Julia was the host with the most, from the time we arrives she showed partner and I our room, she made us feel welcomed and was very accommodating with the hot tub. The weather wasn't great upon arrivalbut Julia made the experience so pleasant. The next morning was splendid, we were greeted by the beaming sun shining across the unit, the view was amazing.

With no space for a couch or comfy relaxing chairs in the small bedroom, it wasnt ideal as a place to hang out, rather, a lovely room for the night.

Loved the location 10/10! Spotlessly clean and comfortable with lovely hosts. The thermal spa was great.

We liked everything haha.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, close to both central Tauranga and the Mount. Such a great place to stay. Stunning view of the ocean. The owners were amazing going above and beyond. The bathroom was gorgeous and flash. The spa was the icing on the cake. We shall certainly look to stay here again.

This was absolutely thee best Stay. Location was Perfect👌🏽Very Peaceful and Stunning View from night til morning✨🌅 Bed to linen and ammenities were all Fresh And Clean. The heated Pool and HotTub absolute Winner. Especially during these cold Days. All communication were effeciant and on point. Upon Arrival were Hosted by The lovely Owners Julie and Mark and Super Friendly Dog Maggie. Definitly would Stay Again and Recommend to anyone. A+++

Fantastic location, private and very quiet with stunning views of the Mount. The bed was comfortable with everything needed in the room for a short stay. We loved having the hot pool and hot tub being right outside our room

We couldn't fault a thing!

The view of the Mount was beautiful. We could swim in the pool or soak in the spa overlooking the beautiful view and under the stars, was just a really peaceful lovely peice of paradise. The room was comfortable and private and the hosts were really lovely and very accomodating

The bed is a wooden frame and made some squeaks when turning over.

Wonderful thermal jacuzzi and pool, the “guest relations manager” is the sweetest Labradoodle called Maggie ❤️ Julie is a wonderful host! The views are just something else! Just a magical spot.

Room prefect size for 1 person . Hot tub Lovely, but not private. Room needs a fan for hot nights as if door is closed to stop bugs/mosquitos, there is no ventilation . Sitting outside is great for eating as the table left inside makes it hard to move out the sliding door. Lovely walk along Foreshore, and the view to Mount Maunganui is beautiful .

Comfy accommodation in great location. Loved the beautiful view of the harbour and private access to waterfront walkway. The thermal swimming pool was fantastic. We especially enjoyed our night swim, 36 degrees under the stars. Friendly hosts and gorgeous dog.

This place is a little slice of heaven! Best sea + mount views - peaceful and quiet, so amazing for a work trip. Always super clean and comfortable! Julie the host takes a lot of care into ensuring you enjoy your stay. Missing my little furry friend Maggie!
