Great Location and friendly staff, very accommodating with letting us park on the premises after check out while my husband finished running the marathon. Rooms were comfortable.

Reception staff friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Housekeeping friendly and helpful and professional. The apartrments are spacious and ideal for families or those wanting more space, kitchenette etc, lovely balcony views. Best location - everything in walking distance.

Very slow WiFi and had to relogin every day. Facilities were dated, and there was no lift to upper floors.

Cleaning is a big problem! We stayed at there for three nights… floor is not vacuumed during our stay and only beds were tidied up. Somehow not provided any rubbish bin liner for the rubbish. And We have to change babies nappies… so the smell… And the kettle was quite dirty when we checked in. So i asked the reception lady to change it. She asked me,"where is the diritiness?!" 🥹 The kettle was not cleaned as it should be! But I insisted that I need a clean one!

The location is great! Walking distance to everywhere in the town. And fantastic view of the sea!

Unfortunately our water was luke warm on the second morning so we couldnt shower or bath. I had to boil the jug for the dishes.

Location is fantastic - right in the heart of town and meant we could park our vehicle for the weekend and not worry about driving anywhere. We cooked breakfast for both mornings in our room - the facilities were awesome and allowed for us to invite our friends from the room downstairs up for breakfast.. The room is beautiful and has stunning views. We always stay in the suite room simpy for the view and the spa bath. The bed was ridicously comfortable.

Location was superb! Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Breakfast spread varieties can be expanded. Family and kids game room was a fantastic idea, however it can be updated and better upkeep.

Kitchen only offered basic items- no frying pan for example only 2 smaller pots Toilet seat needed replacing and bathtub had green grim Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we all had to evacuate the hotel until fire trucks arrived (it was a faulty alarm I think). It was very scary for the little ones and we were out in the cold at 4am for at least 30 mins. No apology or gesture of compensation for inconvenience was offered by the hotel - small reduction in price or a free breakfast would have gone a long way…

The mattresses for the fold out couch beds were not at all comfortable for our 10 and 12 year old. While I loved the location and view, as a family we would not stay here again because of the bed quality and configuration.

The view from our balcony was unreal and perfect for watching the sunrise. The outdoor furniture was nice and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and we loved the loungers by the pool. The location to everything was also great.
